Because the work was so close to our septic lines, I was pretty nervous about digging in that area -- but Mike came out to see us several times before we even started, just to walk the site and make sure we had a plan that wouldn't hit any existing pipes. He even reached out to the utility companies himself to confirm the digging wouldn't mess with our power or other lines. That kind of thoroughness is rare, and it made me trust him completely with the project. The estimate he gave us was fair, and he actually finished the job ahead of the timeframe we agreed on. My family really enjoyed working with Mike and his son Marshall -- they were easy to talk to, showed up when they said they would, and just did solid, careful work.
