The quote was good so I called back confirming I'd like to go ahead with 2 of the 4 items, asked if they could give me a time window and was told "Nope, someone will call you". I had no call 3 days later so I called again and was told they'd have the owner or his son call me back and let me know. I figured it's been storming so maybe they just forgot; no call again. Waited until the following week and called again, was told "sorry, we'll give you the owner's cell and he'll call you back" so I called and left him a message... no call back. Today I called back again and asked to have them cancel because it has been over 2 weeks since my original call and they haven't even been able to be bothered to give me a 5 minute phone call to talk to me. So essentially I called them 5 times in 2 weeks and gave them all the benefit of the doubt and received zero return communication. Looking for a new company that shows some interest in their customer.

No phone call or anything. We had to text and call before we got a response. They were short-staffed - which is understandable and it happens. So we asked how quickly we could reschedule... and we got a NASTY response from Monte. Super rude and totally unprofessional! If he had said "sorry, we'll get you reschedule asap", all would have been fine. However, he sent some snarky text responses and said that we're "lucky" to get rescheduled as they're so busy. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone - they likely won't show up.

The pounding started at 7:00 a.m. 2. I needed a roof replacement on my home property following a tornado. For some reason they painted the roof turbine to match the roofing materials , and that paint has long since peeled off. It would have looked better had they just left it. Even worse, is that the paint is now peeling off the fascia . I think this must be substandard materials , because I believe the material came prepainted. I recently contacted both the person who set up the work, and the person at the construction company who deals with these things. To date, I've not heard back from either one.

He came out as requested and gave fair estimates for both drywall work, replacement stairs, and ceiling work. He even came out a second time to give an estimate for some replacement siding. The drywall crew consisted of two guys who spent a few days working on a small section in the basement, they made sure to make things look their best and did a decent job cleaning up each night. They were polite and always listening to my feedback. 5 stars there. The siding guy came out and replacement some cedar shakes on the side of the house that were missing from an old deck removal. He did a great job and cleaned up the worksite very nice. I was impressed with the speed. Again 5 stars. Jim himself came out for the ceiling work, he did a great job hooking up the electric and making sure the panels lined up to the existing grid. Again 5 stars. My only gripe was the billing, Their online system worked, but I think some deposits I made were just lost. Regardless they eventually took care of it... so updating my review to reflect this. Thank you, I for sure recommend them for contracting work, just double check the bills before paying. =)

I have a huge yard to care for and these guys are out here every week mowing, trimming, and cleaning up. The professionals on the team keep my grass mowed, fed, and treated for weeds, keep my shrubbery trimmed, and my gutters clear. In the fall and spring they will do a full cleanup, getting rid of all the leaves and dead plants or raking up and reseeding after the snow melts. In the winter Derek is great about emailing snowplow updates and it's so reassuring to know I never have to worry about coming home from a trip only to find a foot of snow in my driveway. These guys work around the clock during big storms to ensure everyone has access even in a blizzard. I couldn't be happier with their service!

The company clearly states if you have a concern let them know. I sent a message indicating we still had snow and needed it removed. We have an elderly women that comes to our house daily & I was concerned for her safety. The owner proceeded to argue and imply I was lying and told me to review the terms & conditions. I'm very familiar with contracts since I manage the contracting process for a fortune 5 company. Needless to say, I removed the snow. We had a similar experience the next snow. The company did eventually show about a day after the snow fall & the sidewalks were not clear of snow. Again, I reached out and sent a picture indicating my concern for the safety of people using our sidewalk & walks. Again he implied I was lying. At this point, I concluded I would need to do the sidewalks myself moving forward. Understandably, sometimes due to timing snow can't be removed at the best time. At this point, I was told he would refund me. I was refunded but the next day they charged the full amount AGAIN without consent. I reached out with proof asking why this occurred. I was basically told it had been refunded and there wasn't an issue. When I checked in again they acknowledged I was charged again & would be refunded. The refund is not showing on my account and I'm hopeful it is processing. I switched to 'Quality Seasons' for the 1 inch snow trigger and should have stayed with the reliable service we have had for years. If you want to be called a liar, pay a ton of money & remove the snow yourself hire this company. I have never experienced this type of horrible service before.
