The other went North breaking another neighbor's fence, clipping their garage and smashing a section of rain gutter. Both limbs were 12 " in diameter from the break and 40-50 ft long. Arbor Barber had been on our block previously doing some work for a neighbor and they did a great job. I gave them a call and Tim, the head guy, was able to stop by that afternoon to assess the job and give us a bid. We were so happy to learn he could get it done the next day. The team arrived the next morning and knocked out the project before Noon. They had to remove the debris by hand as we didn't have any easy access for equipment. They were so respectful and tidy. At 9:40 am his clean up crew arrives and does such a good job, I can hardly tell what a mess was there just a few hours before. Fastest service ever, great work, amazing clean up and for less than half of what I thought it would cost. He also quoted me a very reasonable fee to remove the tree in case it does not survive the damage. We hired him to trim our 2 trees in the front yard last year, and were very impressed. The quote included more work than the previous quote but for a few hundred dollars lower cost. The work was done the beginning of the following week and it looks fantastic. The branches were cleared better than we had hoped for, and all clean up and haul away was done by MSP. Quick quote, quick turnaround to do the work, a great price and a phenomenal job done - I couldn't ask for anything more. I first heard of this company from my sister who used them in her heavily wooded home that had multiple trees that needed to be trimmed back and one or two that she needed removed. She used them and was thrilled and recommended them to me when I was looking for a tree company. I then used them to remove two very large (30+ foot tall) trees and grind the stump. They did that work and did an excellent job! This company does great work and can't recommend them enough. As I said I'll be calling them again to have them do some tree trimming in the rear of my house for this season.
