Appointment making was fairly easy and straight forward. I called in and was able to choose my date and time. For my first visit, I saw Dr. Vish who actually saw evidence of the broken bone in my back and suggested deeper scans. I returned a handful of times afterwards and saw Dr. Vish. He was polite, straight-forward, and the adjustments felt good. My interactions with Dr. Nguyen were different. He came across like a used car salesman always trying to upsell me. Essentially my visits were out-of-pocket as I waited for insurance to pay me back. The bills were never what was communicated to me in the office and it became clear to me that while I liked Dr. Vish, I could not continue to visit because of Dr. Nguyen. He just gave the wrong vibes. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I ultimately chose a different treatment plan for my broken back and that was that.

It's been a year since the birth of my baby, and I've debated writing this review for a while. I…read morewant to start by saying that the office staff at Full Circle were wonderful throughout my pregnancy. At every appointment the team was kind, attentive, and caring, and my prenatal experience at the practice itself was positive. Unfortunately, my hospital experience during labor and after delivery is what ultimately led me to leave this review and decide not to return to the practice. During labor, one of the providers, Lauren Hontz, did not make me or my husband feel supported during a very vulnerable and difficult time. I felt pushed toward getting an epidural and later toward a C-section while I was already struggling through labor. The epidural was placed incorrectly (which I understand is hospital staff, not the practice), but the situation overall felt very poorly handled. In addition, my husband felt dismissed during the process. At one point he was essentially pushed to the corner of the room and excluded from what was happening. That lack of support for both of us made an already stressful experience even harder. I do want to add that Dr. Morrow, who ultimately delivered our baby, was absolutely wonderful and made us feel much more at ease with her expertise. Overall, while my prenatal care at the office was great, the labor and delivery experience at the hospital is the reason I have chosen not to return to this practice.

Check-in is rude, checkout is even more rude and gives you issues when you try to schedule with a certain person. Even when it's written in your chart that you only see specific people. They will try to bully you into doing everything they want. If you heard this was a crunchy friendly office, that was true about six or seven years ago. But no more. If you try to forgo anything, get ready for a massive fight. We paid THOUSANDS of dollars ($6-7000), in cash, up front for appts and delivery for them to tell me they wouldn't schedule me for more appointments, at 34 weeks, and would fire me unless I got a 3 hour glucose test done...after my one hour came back 2 point too high Something that happened my first pregnancy with them too and came back completely normal for the 3 hr. (No surprise there). When I got there for my appt without having it done they threatened to FIRE me if I didn't do it within 48 hrs. Reluctantly went and got a three hour done and surprise surprise it was normal. They only opened the schedule for the following month on random days close to the new month, so you can never schedule out. They tell you they'll call you when it opens, but they don't. So by the time you go to schedule your preferred time and midwife, it is already booked out. That is if you can get them to answer your phone call. This office caused me way more stress than any part of my pregnancy! My DRs office shouldn't give me constant anxiety. It's not a true midwifery even though they have midwives. It's not really any different than a normal doctors office. Which is probably why they had twice as many midwives, when the DR in charge first took over around 2019 (or whatever), VS now. The other midwives there are cold and dismissive and political. One was Wearing a very politically charged shirt for my very first appointment with her. I refuse to schedule with her after that. If we have more kids we won't be returning here even though I love my midwife. I don't need a DRs office that is constantly threatening to drop me for this and that and stressing me out at least once a month. Never able to schedule me out or get me the appts I need. Midwiferies are supposed to be supportive of alternative care, patient choice and so forth. I'm in control of my healthcare and since they don't like/agree with that, I'll be taking any future business elsewhere. i am apart of a group on Facebook or local moms, and it's a very clean among the patients. Sad because it used to be the best midwifery in Jacksonville.

The office staff is beyond amazing. They are all kind, cordial, courteous, and efficient in all that they do! They are painstakingly thorough, as well! I see Dr. Robbin! I love the fact that he is 'real' and down to earth with his patients! That definitely makes a doctor's visit less intimidating. I truly appreciate that and also the fact that he doesn't try to upsell anything that isn't absolutely needed! Having the ability to choose different offices is very helpful, too! Depending on my personal schedule, I've been able to make appointments on different sides of town while still seeing Dr. Robbin! I've also had an instance where I scratched my cornea and was able to get an emergency visit with him without issue! Finding the right doctor is important for various reasons. She answered all my questions and advised me that the first fee with / without insurance was $97. No problem, that's why I have an FSA account. I arrived early to fill out new client paperwork and was greeted by the very friendly, Dr. Adam. I was asked if I would like any refreshments. The environment is so relaxing, fun music is playing overhead and everyone was so friendly. When I completed my paperwork, I was greeted by the lovely Dr. Cruz. Together with Dasha, we proceeded into the treatment area where I was given a very detailed orientation to each of the treatment areas which included; * Wall of information - contains packets of particular conditions and how it affects your body. * Therapy room - Resistance bands and therapeutic balls on a chair to help stretch and loosen those problem areas before you get adjusted. * Ultrasound - They offer 3D / 4D images to expectant moms. * Massage tables that have a roller with adjustable pressure that moves up and down your spine. It was so relaxing, post adjustment. Dr. Cruz then had me come into a room with all the neat gadgets! My entire spine was scanned with two different devices. This allowed them to see where the problem areas are in my body and how stress affects me. This along with the x-rays helps them determine the best course of treatment for each of their patients. Very impressed. I was also impressed to find out that I have scoliosis. What?! I had been to two different chiropractors with x-rays and never told that information. This is probably why I continue to have problems with my back. I just assumed that 15 yrs in EMS and working in the medical field was the issue. I'm sure it didn't help. I was also instructed that there are different ways to adjust somebody who has that condition. My adjustment was performed by Dr. Adam and I felt so much better after the treatment. I'm was really impressed (I know, I use that word a lot) with the professionalism and the fact that they explain everything that they're doing and why. I'm a big advocate when it comes to educating your patients. It makes them feel more at ease with the care they are receiving. TWO THUMBS UP! I would also like to note that while I was waiting for my consultation, I was listening to the conversation next door between Dr. Adam and his patient. It was a very laid back interaction, but you could tell by the content that he was fully engaged.
