I called today and the same staff person told me that she had checked with her manager and they could not help me. I asked if I could make an appointment anyway and was told "no". I asked if I could leave a message for him to call me back and again I was told "no". I was informed that I could not wait in the office to see him. This staff person kept telling me that I could speak to the manager, which I declined. I also told her that this was unconscionable and unprofessional. I informed her that I would be making a review. This was the VERY FIRST time I was at this Hospital ER (been there 5 times total in 30 years) that I was not treated like the typical Hypochondriac Woman. Mind you I NEVER go to the DR not even Primary Care. So, if I cast a shadow on their door it is serious. So Michael walks in looks at me and takes ACTION! Next thing I know I am hooked up to IVs for swelling / hydration etc. WOW. I actually was getting help. He was courteous, professional, personable, and matter of fact honest about what my body was going through and said the effects may last for days. This man actually cared about my health. I have never had any good experiences in an ER. This was a good one. Additionally, my friend had to go to the ER yesterday with severe abdominal and back pain and he found she had a Kidney Stone. Instead of telling her to go home nothing wrong with her. He needs a raise. Keep him PLEASE!!!

Anyways as anybody should know, the first impression of any business would be the front desk personnel or even how things are portrayed when you first walk in, this place was so clean inside and out you would also believe that it would probably have been open for just a week or something. These people here really do have the "Wanting to help you" attitude and even threaten me to the other Clinic where I could get a more thorough exam on what I needed. This business is the smaller of the two and you could find it right across from the larger HEB that is built here.
