However, the wait is fair during the rest of the year is fine. The Dr.s here are excellent. I trust them. The physician's assistant is great too. I always call this place first to check the wait. If it's too long, I call the other locations.

I did not get called in for 30 minutes. Voiced my unhappiness with nurse. Nurse was rude. Dr Kim refused to see me. Spoke with practice manager and rescheduled with a different physician. Did some research on dr Kim and found out she had many one star reviews. I would very highly NEVER recommend Dr Sunhee Kim at Shannon health care.

Vickie and Lee at the front desk are both kind and helpful and get us checked in pretty quick. Jayden "Shi" is who we normally see and she listens, ask questions and gives her recommendations. She spends time with her patients and has their best interest at heart.
