No, we actually were driving out to Emery intentionally-I have a weird goal to visit every city in Utah this year and write a review for at least one place in each. Randy's came up on the map, and we made our way over. It's a small gas station, but has a pump outside, which is referenced many times in other reviews as being a "lifesaver" as well as a modest inventory of snacks. We bought a few ice cream treats from the freezer and candy to add to our road trip menu and then we were on our way. The nice lady at the counter was chipper and friendly. I'm glad to have stopped, and glad to know this is here in case we find ourselves getting close to E.

I called Grant Automotive and they said bring it right over. I arrived in 5 minutes. I left them the truck for repair after we investigated the problem. I got a call 4 hours later saying I'm good to go. The technician found an odd part in the fuel system. Grateful he found the issue. I sense this issue may have been developing over a long time. It was a whole situation with me and these people were so patient with me because I had to figure out how to get a rental car and figure out how to get back to get my car when the part actually does come in and coordinating with him and kind of having to abandon my vacation because of this-it was a lot for one day and I cried several times because I was stranded and by myself. I worked out a plan to pick up my car hopefully at the end of this week and I'm just really thankful they were so accommodating and so kind. I know that they are very honest because my battery light had come on and I turned my car off hoping it would turn off or it was just a glitch or something, but it came on and an error message came on, and I looked up on the Internet what the problem probably was and the diagnosis they gave me for my car was exactly what the error I had gotten said was wrong.

Right place right time to get a flat. We were in Richfield, UT when the tire went almost entirely flat. Thankfully - we overfilled it one last time and hauled it to Big O! I took my Chevy in for an A/C system check. I told them I knew there was a leak because I could put refrigerant and the A/C would work for a couple weeks, then stop working. After having my car for a few hours, working on it, they called me back and told me they couldn't find a leak and that they'd recharged my system. I told them I knew that wouldn't work and that I was sure there was a leak and I repeated myself: I could recharge my own system but that it would leak out after 2 - 3 weeks. They insisted there was no leak, so I asked that if the A/C died again in a couple weeks if I could bring it back in as proof. They said yes. So I took my car, the A/C worked for 3 weeks, then died. I took it back in and told them there is definitely a leak. They kept my car for a few hours then they called me back and said there was no leak! I told them I was sure there was a leak, to which she said, "the mechanic checked and there's no fluids on the ground under it". Holy stupid !!! Refrigerant doesn't leak on the ground! It's gas! So I just said, "fine, then will you at least recharge my A/C system?" She said yes. Then she called back and said, "the mechanic doesn't want to recharge the system until the leak is fixed". To which I told her "YOU'VE BEEN TELLING ME THIS WHOLE TIME THAT THERE WAS NO LEAK!!!" She then said, "well we think there's a leak, but we can't find it." Pissed me off!!! So I paid them $200 to check for a leak which I told them was there in the first place, they then told me there was no leak, then when I asked them to recharge my system, only then did they acknowledge a leak! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

By the time I pulled into his shop he was ready go and had the broken one replaced in about 20 min for a great price. There was some creative work needed to get the new part to fit but (wrong bushings in new one) but he was able to come up with a great solution. Really nice guy that goes out of his way to help.
