Not that the business needs another glowing review, because as you can see, it's pretty universal that they are outstanding, but the entire Anytime Road Service & Repair team went so far out of their way to help me on a scorching June day that there's no way I could not share this review. I was moving my pets and some belongings from Northern, CA to Denver, CO, via a rented mini camper. It's roughly a 22 hour drive that I split into two days. A few hours into the second day of the trip, which started out from Las Vegas, the camper crapped out. Thankfully that happened within reach of a rest stop where I was able to pull in and park safely, but the camper was by no means driveable for the remainder of the trip - easily another 9 hours. So there I was...stranded at a rest stop in Cedar City, UT, in a rented POS mini camper with my puppy, my cats, 2 parrots, my house plants and a lot of other things I wanted to transport personally as opposed to by moving van. And the weather was blazing HOT. I started making calls, first to the rental service - they offered zero help. I started calling every "mobile mechanic" and other stranded motorist service a web search produced, one after another declined to respond -- "don't do mobile service anymore," "too far away," "too busy..." However, one of them referred me to Anytime Road Service & Repair. My call was answered by Austin who almost immediately assured me that I would be OK (breathe) and that they would help me out - and I feel like I barely blinked and a truck was pulling up to check on me. Ultimately a second, smaller truck driven by Whitney was dispatched out to tow us into Beaver, UT, where their lot is. Then the challenge was to figure out how on earth I was going to get to my destination with what I was carrying. Still getting absolutely no assistance from the rental company, I had no choice but to abandon the camper, which sounds simple, but getting the cargo out and into another vehicle was another matter. Anytime allowed me to park the camper in the shade of their garage space while I worked on sorting it out. I was eventually able to find a large enough rental car (major props to Avis), but the pickup for it was over 30 minutes away. Even with that, my cargo was never all going to fit. Anytime also allowed me to use their dumpsters on property - sadly I had to dispose of a lot of my things there. Whitney then transported me and everything I still had with me back to Cedar City, waited for me to get the rental car, and *then* she helped me load my remaining belongings, including my pets, into it. All in all, this diversion on my trip took around 8 hours. The camper broke down around 9:00 in the morning. I didn't get back on the road until 5:30pm or so. I didn't arrive at my destination until almost 3am the following morning. Had the Anytime team not rescued me, I wouldn't have made it at all. If you are in their area because it's your neighborhood, or because you're passing through and find yourself in a bad way, this is absolutely the very first place you should call. While traveling from L.A. to Nebraska and pulling a loaded car trailer, our 06 GMC developed a leak in the diesel fuel filter housing. I was concerned about the fuel that could leak onto the exhaust manifold and start a fire. We pulled into Anytime and I'm thankful we did. They had the part in stock to replace the fuel filter and housing. They finished up the one service job they were all ready working on and then got us right in. We were in and back on the road within a couple of hours. Braking down can be daunting in unfamiliar parts of the country. Just know if you are anywhere close to Beaver Utah you are in good hands at Anytime. Their service is friendly, their service is fast, and most importantly they are fair priced. Our semi broke down at 8pm and from 8-12am I had called every place I can possibly think of and No one Was able to help us. I was scared because we were stranded on the side of the road from a hill coming down. However the after hour care at anytime was THE BEST. We decided to wait until the AM to get towed after talking to the gentleman who handles the after hour tow. He was very helpful and helped and advised me. Therefore I was able to somewhat stay calm. They towed our semi to their shop. And was so helpful. The customer service and staff exceeded our expectations. Both my husband and I were stressed out. And they helped us in so many ways. This place is "THE BUSINESS"!!! From California to Montana with a 2000 Chevy pickup up truck which is hauling a 20' trailer LOADED!!! and our 37' RV towing a 24' trailer both loaded to their maximum capacity. 3 men and 2 women making the journey. They men are so diligent about stopping every 200 miles to ensure that everything is still secure and the vehicles & trailers are in safe co dictions. We the black trailer began to sway for a moment and we pulled over to verify all was okay when they guys noticed a bearing buddy was missing off the passenger side of the black trailer and when inspecting they noticed we broke 2 shackles. The trailer couldn't be towed - it needed to be flat bedded. So we called Anytime and Young and incredibly seriously talented Cole rolled out. These guys gut the trailer in their flatbed without an inch to spare in any direction. It was masterful!!! Not only that - you can add that he was so kind and respectful. This was a major breakdown for us but we took it back to their shop yard safely. By then it was dark and a little late so we knew we'd need to wait till morning. These people at this business are seriously experts at what they do! This is who you would want any time you'd ever in your life be in a situation. They let us camp on their beautiful property - we felt like we had our own private camp grounds and allowed us to repair our trailer using their space and tools. Can I give them 100 stars please? Unheard of , rarely seen or experienced that even tough we are waaay behind schedule, this experience with this team of people is something we will never forget. I want to go on because I can't say enough about if the world was like these people and this experience the world would definitely be a way better place. I can't say it enough. Anytime Road Service & Repair is the place to go to get your vehicles or semis taken care of. I tried getting into the Peterbilt dealer and they kept giving me the run around and excuses as to why they couldn't get me in or even hook the truck up to their scanner to let me know what was going on with it. I called Anytime and asked when they could get me in they said they could get me in the following morning. I dropped my truck off to them and with in a hour the service writer called me and let me know what was wrong with my truck. We agreed to have the problems fixed. They got parts ordered, let me know prior what it was going to cost and when it would be done. The truck was finished ahead of time, which was great. We left California, starting our road trip up to Yellowstone to meet with son and grand kids. Less than 60 miles I got a warning light to change my oil. We were driving a 35' motor home. I stopped at a Camping World and they said it would be a few days before they could get to it. Well I figured if the warning just came on it couldn't be urgent, checked the oil, added a quart and took off again. Checked with various places along the way. Baker, CA, Las Vegas, and boy was it hot out there. But no luck. We stopped for gas in Beaver Utah, this is a couple days later, and asked a fellow at the propane fill if he knew any place where I might get an oil change. He told me Anytime Road Service was the only place nearby that could do it and gave me directions to get there. I went a mile or so down the road and did not see it. I stopped at a W.F. Bank and asked if they knew the shop. Was given directions and some cash I withdrew and proceeded back the way I came. Thankfully the directions included some landmarks to look for where to turn. Found the shop, and found Brian. Real nice fellow who said it would be about 3 hours and I gave him the keys. We got in the jeep and went to Mc D's. 2 1/2 hrs later we came back to the shop and found they were done, and we were ready to go. Nice to find a friendly place who could squeeze us in on a busy day and not rip us off. Very nice - very reasonable price. read more

I dont know about you, but my time after work is worth at least $70 an hour. Brian showed up with a happy, helpful disposition, and a smile. His prices were more than fair. Nothing compared to what I would have charged for being called back to work. He was genuine and honest. He even was able to get a spare tire incase we ran into trouble again. My stabilizers on our motorhome gave out on Labor Day Weekend while traveling from Montana to Arizona. I called Anytime Repair in Beaver when they opened at 8AM on Tuesday and they had a tech at my RV in 20 minutes. Duke crawled under the RV for about 15 minutes and found a pinhole leak in a hydraulic line. He removed the line, went back to their shop, built a new hose and installed it. From the time he arrived to the time he left was less than 90 minutes. Better late than never. Last April (2016), my boyfriend and I were driving through from Los Angeles to Salt Lake City... and our car breaks down in Beaver, UT. I have an 11-year-old Volvo (her name is Shaneequa), and the gear shift would not get out of park - the first time this ever happened. It was a Sunday (i.e., everything was closed), we had to get to SLC by the next day, I couldn't afford AAA towing, so I was freaking out a little bit. ...then my knight in shining armour arrived: Anytime Road Service Repair. They towed my car to their location. After assessing my car, they said the ideal situation was to order parts from Volvo - which would take several days - an option I did not have. Otherwise, they were able to remove the cover of the middle center divider and showed me how to get my car started manually. Not only had several people dedicated their time to my car, but also they were kind and patient with my panicked pacing and incessant questions - a behavior I am sure they too often encounter. I broke down on I-15 in the middle of the night right by Historia Cove Fort.. Very dark and no lighting on the road. Needless to say I was extremely unhappy. I looked up Google reviews and found Anytime. They were further down the road by 30miles or so, but I chose them because of the excellent reviews. I called and, Ty, answered. He explained some pricing to come tow me back into town. Pretty soon I saw him coming. He pulled up and was as friendly as could be. He professionally loaded my truck up on a flatbed and attached the trailer I was hauling to his tow truck. He eased my mind with his simple kindness. And then quickly got my truck in. And took me to a motel 6 and never complained. I rested and called the shop in the morning and, JACE, answered. He assured me that it would be ready by time I got there. Sure enough they had done the work and only charged me a small amount. The towing and service came to such a small amount, I was shocked. My truck ran like new and I was extremely relieved. Turned out they didn't have the part so weren't able to fix it but loved their honesty and prices. If they had the part I totally would've trusted them to do the work.
