I have NEVER experienced customer service like Pat and Chandler provided for us this week…read more On a whim, we picked up an old 1958 GM 4104 Greyhound located about 40 miles outside of Cedar City. Pat and Chandler went so far and above the call of duty to make sure it was fully serviced and road ready before our trip to Kansas! We were expecting to spend at the very least $3K for everything they did for us, and the final bill wasn't even half that. You will not find another duo like these guys in southern Utah! Possibly not anywhere.

We were traveling in our diesel pusher motorhome down a steep pass on Hwy 12 in Utah (about 30…read moremiles from Cedar City). I saw white smoke bellowing out the back. We were able to find a place to pull over. There was coolant all over the engine compartment and beyond. Needless to say, we were a bit panicked. We live in Nevada, and were on our way home. I did an internet search for a mobile diesel mechanic, and found Iron Bros Diesel. I called and spoke to Pat and told him what happened. Pat was calm and confident, he said he was about 30 miles away, and would come immediately. Pat arrived within a half an hour. He did a few tests, and troubleshooted the issue. He found a ruptured coolant line up inside the engine. Pat was able to cut out the bad portion of the hose and reattach it. Pat discovered that the hose had been routed too close to the turbo. The heat had melted a large hole in the coolant line. He re routed the line and wrapped it in heat shield tape so it wouldn't melt again. Pat told us he formerly worked for Freightliner. He and his partner went our on their own and started Iron Bros Diesel. Pat was confident in his abilities. He had a calming manner and made us feel like we were in good hands. I can't tell you how happy we were to find him. Pat got us back on the road in a couple hours. He didn't price gouge us or take advantage of our bad situation. He's a sincere, honest professional. We're so grateful to have found him! Highly highly recommend Iron Bros! Thank you Pat! You saved our trip!

Chris, the owner of Bobcat Towing & Repair is the hardest working person in his profession that I…read morehave ever met. I had a rear tire blowout on my 5th Wheel in Bryce Canyon City. It was a real blowout that disintegrated the tire. The blowout was so violent that is broke the leaf spring shackle on the left side and tore out the wiring to the left rear trailer jack. I was forced to run on the aluminum wheel for a bit before I could get to a safe place. I called Chris and he showed up within an hour. He was able to get the 5th Wheel jacked up, replace the destroyed tire & wheel with the spare, and secure the leaf spring so that I could limp to the RV Park across the street and get 5th Wheel setup. Chris spent the next day gathering parts to make the repairs that were required (new tire & wheel, leaf spring shackle, wiring harness replacement for rear 5th Wheel jack). This effort included a 3-hr round trip to St. George, UT. The following day he came to the RV Park and RV Park and performed all of the repairs onsite - including removal of the broken leaf spring shackle and welding a new one in place. Chris was the consummate professional throughout the entire rescue & repair process. He accomplished the entire repair as a "roadside service"! He actually saved our vacation to Bryce National Park. His work ethic is to be admired. He provided the highest level of customer service for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Chris & Bobcat Towing for any roadside repair/service you might need.

I'm doing my best to not feel bitter about the situation! Sincerely, Connie Smith

You took advantage of me before the holidays and that's all I want people to know. I wasn't going to respond to your response on Yelp but the fact that it's now been over a month and you still refuse to send me a detailed invoice and the fact Nick decided to immediately text me after my initial review threatening legal action and bringing up my military service which is completely unrelated says all without me saying anything further. I gave your company over a month now to send me an invoice and I would have ignored Nicks unprofessional, unprovoked threats, and belittlement over my military service but I can't look past it any further. Here are screenshots of what he texted me immediately after my first review, something I believe everyone will want to see before doing business with your company. For everyone seeing this I spent many years in the Army and I'm a combat veteran so I'm not sure why Nick decided this was relevant to text me when all I was asking was for an invoice so I know why I was charged such an obscene amount. If the invoice looked correct I would have deleted my initial review and went my way but I know that wouldn't have happened which is exactly why he still refuses to send it, something I'm owed as a consumer. I will be disputing $350 of the $946.49 charged to me and will be contacting the BBB over the unprofessional texts that were very unnecessary and unprofessional. These screenshots say a lot about Nick and your company's character.
