He provided meaningful information and was candid with his recommendation as to what motor I needed. I elected to get the door with insulation. He gave me an estimate for the parts and labor, and I had the work done a few days ago. I contacted Aldo with additional questions, and he quickly responded. The technician installed doors with insulation, and a chain motor. To my surprise, the chain motor is very quiet for a chain drive, especially in contrast to the old door and motor. I only found out about this after complaining about their crew destroying my neighbors landscaping and some of my bushes were cut in half by falling shingles and one of my patio chairs was tossed into my flowerbed next to my back fence and damaged. it belonged to my deceased mother and I had spent a great deal of money having it refurbished. The owner called to say he was going to repair my neighbors landscaping and pay for the repair on my chair. That is when he told me that they contacted my insurance about the decking being replaced. They never contacted me about that until it was done. I had my chair powder coated and replaced the fabric. Now it has to be re-powder coated and the fabric replaced again. I doubt he's going to do anything about that. They brought my neighbor 6 pieces of sod and just laid it on his walkway area. Real professional. I'm so embarrassed that this happened to him so I'm doubting anything will happen for my chair. This company need to have their licence taken away if they even have a licence. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for what ever good that does. Horrible experience!! Stay away!
