We just stopped here on our way through Lindstrom - AWESOME ice cream and large candy selection. I got the Big Muddy flavor which is chocolate, brownies, and caramel and my sister got a chocolate milkshake. So yummy. When you enter from the street, use the second single door (right in the photo) and walk down a short hallway. Multiple businesses share the hallway. The shop is on the left of the hallway past the restrooms. Someone else said this location is closed which I can refute that it is very much open and bustling! read more

We were looking for ice cream on the way home from the cabin. This is a hidden gem and there was no line. It was a little trickier to find. While it is right off the main road you do have to go into a larger building to find the entrance to the ice cream shop. One one side of the building is a patio area with tables and seating to enjoy your treat. They had a lot of ice cream flavor options as well as malts, and such. We went with cones which they serve in a paper cone, I'm assuming this is a covid precaution. All of the staff were also wearing face masks, which is always reassuring. We will remember this place for next time we come through town. read more

This place is a little hidden gem. Good service, fantastic selection, with a neat little courtyard outside with either patio or picnic style seating. Very cute place with a bunch of candy options as well as ice cream flavors. Friendly staff and reasonably priced. I highly recommend it.

I was really excited at first to know that there is an ice cream shop in town that is down the street from our house. The best part was that they even serve our family favorite cedar crest brand which is not very common in town. What started as a good experience turned into a sour end. First we waited in line for 20 minutes which wasn't the problem considering how busy they were. Got about 3 double scoop waffle cones and 1 with a triple flavor scoop waffle cone. I also got 1 Italian soda and 2 crafted soda which was about $37. As I finished paying I've noticed there was no napkins insight. There were no napkins in the front counters or the tables in the store which is very unusual for an ice cream shop. My son asked and was given literally 3 pieces of napkins for all the stuff we bought. I was fine with it at first and even said thank you politely and even tipped. Then we sat outside and ate our ice cream with the kids and hung out for a bit. My kids ice cream was melting so I had my husband grab us napkins inside. Apparently my husband had to stand in the long line again for napkins and was also treated rudely by one of the workers. This situation was happening around the area where the owner was insight. My husband asked to speak to the owner who was told by the worker that due to covid the napkins need to be in the back of the counter which wasn't the question he was asking. My husband left and was given 2 little napkins which was only enough to wipe his hands and not for all 5 of us who are also eating ice cream. My husband was not happy with the interaction with the employee and rushed us out of store. Then as we were leaving a lady ran after us which she later explained she was the owner. We told her the situation with the napkin and how rude her employee was and she continued to argue rather then listen to the whole situation. She also said due to covid she has to keep the napkins behind the counters out of customers reach. While we might of believed it if the restriction was still in placed but now that it is lifted not so much. My husband called her out about it and had a changed of response. She said to make sure that everybody get napkins they kept the napkins behind the counters. So now I don't know whether you are keeping napkins away from customers for covid or trying to be frugal due to cost of napkins? Well as a business owner your job is to provide great service and the supply which includes napkins to customers. It sounds ridiculous when we come to spend 40 to 50 bucks for ice cream and can't provide us with napkins. If you are trying to save money and not have the necessary supplies for customers than you don't need to run a business especially an ice cream shop. You serve mostly family with kids and eating ice cream gets messy. People who come in here are more likely to live near which are more likely to spend money or regulars. In the future fix how you manage and do things at the store. You will continue to loose business over little things like napkins. I also thought as a owner of a business that you would take a suggestion as a service to you and your employees. We are a family of 5 who enjoys ice cream and like to give back to our community and spending money to help small business. I'm very disappointed on how it was handled. This left a bitter taste in my mouth and will not recommend it to all our friends and family in Lindstrom or MN. Taking our business to dairy queen, st croix, and grillium in forest lake where they have friendly staff and the same ice cream. Free napkins lol read more

Have an idea which flavor you are craving. I stopped the other afternoon and had to wait about 10 minutes outside the shop. When I got in, I could understand why it took people so long. The cones are vanilla or chocolate. They aren't the size of Nelson's in Stillwater but they are really good. read more
