There wasn't a physical person that you could talk to, if you needed to change an appointment etc. Once you got to the back with the employees, the care was great and quick but anytime before that, you're basically on your own! Even when I called, no one would pick up the phone and when you get there, there's no one willing to talk to you! I would have appreciated more interaction or at least known the mission for the company. Even if it says something along the lines of, "There is limited interaction due to a high volume of appointments. We need our employees to be diligent and focused so we can serve the needs of the customers to the best of our ability." Some type of "mission" statement about the business would be great, if that's the mission and vision of the company!

i woke up sick...feeling pretty bad, tough to talk, had a little trouble breathing from a congested…read moretest...needed to see a doctor. most people need to see a doctor to get a diagnosis, to know what is wrong. this unique clinic demands you tell them what is wrong, ie diagnos it first, then they will see you. so, in order to get in here, you first have to go to a doctor, get a diagnosis so they can approve your reason for seeing them. it just kind of defeats the reason for going to a doctor. the person i talked to really lacked patience, and had exceptionally poor communication skills.

Different experience at this location for sure. You walk in, and there are about 3 self check in…read morekiosks. You enter the patients' information, scan id's, and HI cards. Update any additional information, and then you submit and are immediately placed in line. The receptionist will then call you up, and you give her any paperwork or information they need to know, which she will verify and take, and then you wait till you are called. When we arrived there was a bit of a wait but not too long. Once we signed in, we probably waited about 10 minutes, and we're called back. Labs took no more than 5 minutes to get done when we were out. Super clean, efficient location. The receptionist was super friendly and knowledgeable. I liked this system for sure and wouldn't mind coming back to this location.

I remember the first time I walked into StarMed. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was…read morethere. Everything is super clean, and everyone is extremely nice. It kind of confused me because it was connected to a chiropractor 's office. But that's not a problem. Not in the least, because you can go see your doctor and if you want to go get an adjustment go get an adjustment or if you want to go and get a massage you can go get a massage. In the same parking lot there is a gym as well. And get this, Not only is it an urgent care, but it's also a primary care physician location. The staff at this location are so professional and so polite and personable. Daphne, Miriam, and Marisol oh great. They'll laugh and joke with you and answer any questions that you have. Doctor Allman is also amazing. She makes you feel comfortable with her warm demeanor and bedside manner. She actually sits and listens to your concerns and will not patronize you are make you feel like you're a hypochondriac like some other doctors will do. She doesn't try to gaslight you into thinking that you're wrong for coming in for whatever you may be coming in for. In fact, It's the exact opposite. She is happy to answer any questions that you may have about anything that may be going on physically with you or at least try to help you figure out what might be causing it and how to combat it. Long story short everyone here treats you with respect and like family almost. This location I swear, by far is the best urgent care/primary care doctor facility that I've ever been to.
