They were both welcoming and knowledgeable. we tried 3 pizzas and were delighted, the recipes are simple and tasty (great ingredients). Sadly... we loved Facundo. Booked him last fall for a special occasion in March. (We thought.) He did a site visit. Talked to the catering manager. I thought we were all set. I followed up about a month before to see what he needed from us and our date had been given away. Not a word to see if we were changing anything! Never asked for a deposit. Nver said he had other interest in the date & were we still interested. Nothing. Facundo sent a screen shot of the email asking for a deposit but it was the email from our original event in 2021. He was nice about acknowledging - offered 50% off on an alternate date - but we booked him well in advance at our son's request for a special event that was set in stone. Not at all flexible, thus the advance planning. Facundo is very nice and we were shocked that this happened but, alas, it did. read more

We hired Andes Pizza for our Fall Harvest Festival last Saturday with over 250 people in attendance. Their set up, service, and clean up was very professional throughout the entire event. Their pizzas are delicious and are prompt to come out after ordering. The wind was not enjoyable that day but that did not stop the quality and service of their outdoor operation of wood fire pizza. We saw they were starting empanada catering. We pre-ordered two dozen of their empanadas to try during the event for staff. They cook them in the wood fire oven as well and are amazing! Went here with with a group but was weary that there wouldn't be any vegan options, but Facundo was more than willing to work with us. He made us two delicious pizzas that were not on the menu. One was a margarita style and the other had palm heart as well as tomatoes and they were both delicious. My husband and I plus our 3 young children who are all vegan devoured them both. Facundo was very understanding and I was surprised at how he knew what we could and couldn't have on the pizza (most restaurants struggle with this). Highly recommend.
