I had a lovely experience here watching Engelbert Humperdinck's show last week. I will say, the venue is packed like sardines: I was expecting a little more ability to move compared to an arena/ stadium where seating is tight too. They offer food and drink service at the tables for shows, but I ended up having to go to the bar and grab a water. They didn't serve cup water so it was $3.78 for a little bottle. The staff was really nice! The lighting on the stage seemed to perplex the artist, who kept having to say he wanted them dimmed for some songs and it took a second to do. I felt the food was a bit overpriced but that's to be expected from a 'fancy' restaurant. read more

Andiamo Showroom was a Purple xPeRIeNCE with the season opening show! It was the 7th Annual Prince Tribute by Marshall Charloff. It sells out every year and this night was no different. Matter of fact they sacrificed the dance area in the front of the stage to have more tables for purchase. Although there wasn't room to dance, we stood or danced in our seats anyway. There are two offerings for parking - 1) $5 self parking or $10 valet parking. Parking was also available across the street from Andiamo. Arriving early for the Meet and Greet with the legendary Billy Sparks allowed us to get a front row self park for easy exit at the end of the concert and avoid the valet line. Zack was our waiter and was very good. The only complaint was that concert goers in our party didn't like receiving their wine and drinks in cups versus glasses especially looking around and other tables had glasses. Zack was accommodating by bringing them glassware. We ordered an Aldo's Italian Pizza which was huge to serve a few people. We also had a platter of calamari and Vito's Assorted Italian Butter Cookies. The food was better than I expected it would be for concert food. Tip: The best seats are definitely the VIP tables. They have the best seats for concert viewing without others standing and/or walking in front of you. They sell out early though. The Michael Jackson tribute is already sold out for VIP. read more

From the moment we arrived, the valet staff and showroom staff were courteous and very accommodating. Zac was an excellent server. The pre-show meet and greet ran smoothly and we were seated at a table(#43) with a great view of the stage. Food was served HOT and both the pizza and butter cookies were delicious. Several of us spent the entire show, not able to look on the stage because the white stage lights were blinding. They glared in the audiance circulating, every two minutes! I told a server to tell manager. Nothing happened. One women in the rest room said " I Didn't know I'd need sunglasses at a dinner show!" Never going back! read more

* IT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH AND NO ONE FROM ANDIAMO HAS CONTACTED ME. ADD HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE LIST * Me & 5 friends bought tickets to Jeff Ross' show back in December of 2022 for an April 2023 show. The show was originally advertised much differently than the late starting show we received on 9/29/23. That aside, we were seated at table 28 in the showroom, and THE ENTIRE TIME a woman and her date at table 29 were disruptive, belligerent, and rude - interrupting the show, resulting in all 6 of us (me and my guests) having a horrendous time. About 20 minutes into the show I approached security, asking them to do something about the disruption. The security guard said, "What am I supposed to do about it, man?" NOT a good response. The security guard then pulled over a man who was passing by, and this man (a manager of some sort) was supposed to intervene; however, NOTHING was done. We all paid $90/ticket, and feel as if we got a $5 firsthand seat to the Mr. & Mrs. Drunk Butt Show, rather than what we paid for. The amount of disruption completely ruined our entire evening, as we originally planned to go out or stay there for drinks and apps, but after experiencing what we did, everyone wanted to go home and wash the stink of the evening off of ourselves. What's worse is that I've reached out 3-4 times to the venue since the incident and have not received a response of any kind. read more

I came here for an event for the first time last night and it went okay. I have a few thoughts on the event space, and while most of it was good, I also know that Andiamo only has so much control over the situation. For starters, the event area is large, and when pulling in, they have two areas to pull your car into. One is self park for $5, and the other is valet for $10. I chose valet because it was super cold outside and didn't want to have to trudge through the parking lot in the weather. Plus, the lot already looked pretty full, and for a few more bucks, I could let someone else deal with the parking situation. Valet people were friendly, professional and efficient, both parking my car and grabbing my car. While I did have to wait for my car at the end, that's expected since there was a ton of people waiting. No problems there. Walking in, the lobby area is well decorated and looks good. Staff greeted me, and checked me with a wand for weapons. After I was cleared, I found the coat check which is technically free, but you have to leave a tip. I strongly suggest coat check if you have a heavy winter coat since seating in the showroom is extremely tight and compact. Do yourself the favor! Getting into the showroom is obvious and easy enough. the staff was super friendly here, and that's where a lot of my positive experiences occurred. Everyone was professional, friendly, helpful and I can't say enough good things about them here. No stuffiness, all were dressed appropriately, and most importantly, knowledgeable! Each interaction was extremely positive, which made the event so much more worthwhile. They had a fabulous set of ushers who showed me to my seating table after I checked in and I was wonderfully escorted to my table. Menu's were there, which I reviewed but didn't order anything. The food was a bit pricey in my opinion. My one thing is, it seems like their food is meant to be shared, so ordering a single plate of anything seems impossible. Want sliders? You get like a ton. More than one person could eat. I don't have a problem sharing food, but everyone wants something different. I wish they had smaller plates instead of huge portions. They have a cool bar area off to the side and it was fully staffed. Prices are reasonable and they have a great selection of wine and mixed drinks. I wanted a Moscato, but I became so entranced with the speaker and performance, I never did get around to ordering anything beyond water. (I have to stagger my alcohol, otherwise I would either fall asleep or want a second drink and then I would need food, blah blah blah.) I found out that each table has a server that circulates to take drink and food orders during the event. Unfortunately, the kitchen closes at 8:30 PM, so get your food in early?!?! I wasn't hungry but why do they do that. I guess if you want to have dinner at the table, you should get here early. Also, as a side note, my server did an amazing job of checking in on us, *but* the first half hour I was there, I NEVER SAW HER. It wasn't until the event almost started that she came by to check on our table. Ok, so here's where I get really super critical and have issues. The seating here's horrendous. It's long tables with padded chairs facing the stage area. The only "good" seating is the seating in the front area that I will refer to as "the pit." it's the only seating in the house where you can actually see the stage and the presenters without the assistance of the TV's that are severely misplaced throughout the even space. They had many TV's and a screen directly placed behind the stage, but everyone's head was sort of in the way, so you end up either looking to your left or right the entire event to see what's happening. It became uncomfortable after a while between the stackable chairs, cramped seating area and such to see what's happening. I feel like the screen over the stage is poorly placed and hung to low. Literally impossible to see a thing. I had decent seats, but still had to keep adjusting every time since the people in front of me kept adjusting. It's not their fault, it's poorly placed. Also, they kept turning on the house lights that were bright as hell during the event. It was like a spotlight in the face, even sitting back where I was. (I had decent seats, so I wasn't all the way back, but to far back that I shouldn't have gone blind from the lights.) They need to fix this. Also, it was a pain in the butt when everyone was leaving to get their car. There was a huge bottleneck at the front door and we all got jammed up. I almost got run over by a jackass who was running to get his car. He literally pushed me out of his way. Where's security then? People were getting rude and just rushing the door. No order here. Staff should have stepped up to keep the order and stop this from happening. They all seemed to have disappeared at this point. Please take care of that. The tables are way too crammed together. You have to sit with people you don't know. My husband and I didn't even have any table space. Just two chairs stuck on the end. They charge you to park your own car. Very tacky. The also add their tip to the receipt. Hard to see so I'm sure they get double tipped. My husband went up to the bar and got us two drinks and when we got the bill there was a $5.20 tip on it. What a joke! The waitress didn't bring the drinks to us so why the extreme tip. Bought tickets to see the 70's glam band "The Sweet" Paid $68 each for tickets to see a cover band touring as the Sweet, not one single original member. Get to the venue 35 minutes before the show starts, we cant park in the lot unless we valet because they are out of regular spots. Not letting anyone park my vehicle, so they tell me to park across the street in a lot that they dont own. Get inside and they are charging not only $12 a beer but also a $7.69 gratuity to bring you 2 beers and apparently, she expected a tip on top of that. They pack you in like sardines, tables might be 18" wide and about 2 feet apart. Not a pleasant experience, we will not be back. The cover band was pretty good but not worth the price. read more

As always, the food at Andiamo's is spectacular! However, we went to see Sweet at the Celebrity Showroom and it was just awful! The tables are too close together and the sound is set up like an outdoor venue as it has way too many amplifiers. It didn't help that this cover band did not understand that Sweet was a glam rock bank and not a heavy metal band. They really did a disservice to the legacy of Sweet. Always go to Andiamo's because of the food but skip the showroom. This was a one and done for us. read more

We bought tickets and were told by the hostess over the phone they only serve an hors d'oeuvre platter. Dinner is in dining room and they were booked. We had to dine elsewhere. read more

Way too crowded the way people are seated. It doesn't make the show you are seeing as enjoyable as it could be.

We went to see David Foster/Katherine McPhee with another couple. Found out you have to pay to park; $5 self park (why?) and $10 valet. Husband decided to self park and was directed to the back of the building. Once there, someone leaving, (an employee?) told us parking there would 'lock us in' so we went back to the front to park. 'Started early in the bar to meet friends. Found two stools and saw two were reserved. That's okay, the guys said, they'd stand. When the 'reserved' couple showed up, they were with two more and a bit 'put out' (rude) they couldn't nab two more seats. Second thing creating a 'mood.' In the 'showroom,' we found our 'rectangular' table and claimed our seats. These were placed so close together you would touch your neighbors accidentally. We ordered the sliders and they arrived cold. The cheese wasn't even melted. The server was told and he brought us a plate of cookies?? (Without an explanation) The show was okay. The guest singer (from Detroit) was the highlight. Got our bill and noticed a tip for $60 for $175. The added tip is easy to miss. Leaving is a debacle!! One door for 800 people to get to the parking lot. People were all smashed together trying to push through claiming they should go first because they 'self parked.' (So did we, lady). So the ONE door exit is for both valet and self parking. It was frightening! The guy in front of us was using a walker for his Parkinson's and people were pushing, the daughter trying to protect him. We blocked people to give this poor guy some space. It was downright prime for a stampede. For a venue this size, no planned organized exit??! This is a safety issue. Shame on you, Joe Vicari. All of this points to greed. Parking, crowding people together, second class food, no employees directing people to a safe exit. We decided we will no longer patronize Vicari restaurants because his greed has been demonstrated and noticed before. Don't bother!!! read more

I have truly enjoyed many shows at Andiamo Showroom in the past. It is a very tightly packed room with what I consider overpriced food but has been worthwhile especially if you enjoy the performance. In the past the staff has always been very busy serving the tightly packed crowd but always friendly. As a guest of the band, my last visit was marred by a very rude floor manager who insisted on trying to remove those who were asked by the band to be present during sound check. Not only rude to me he was also rude to my wife and some of the other guests. He claimed it was a "communication issue" but decided to act before communicating. I'm sure they will have some nice shows in the future but I have no plans to return. read more

I was excited for months for this show since the impersonator for Elvis Presley was coming to the Andiamo, but when we arrived, which we arrived early because we figured it would be packed, we were told to park in the back of the building, which was odd because the entire parking lot (which the were using for valet) was empty and it be easier to park there. We pulled to the back, and there wasn't any spaces at all. We were told to park on the curb. Very unorganized. Once we got inside our seat was further in the back and when we got to the table there was already 4 people at the table. Now these tables comfortable seat 3 on each side and that's being nice but the venue had these tables way over booked. My man and I sat in the very back of the table so the other couples had room and right before the show started 4 others came and sat right in the middle of the table. Now we were pushed practically out of our seats. We now had no table room. At this point a 6 person table turned into a 10 person table. We had ordered food and had to sit it on the side of the wall and get up to grab something everytime just due to space. Now the people we met were extremely nice so no complaints to them...but I will say shame on management for over booking this event. 10 at a table with no room and arm to arm with strangers is unexceptable. I get Elvis is popular but then maybe book him for two nights instead of cramming people in. Now the show itself was wonderful by Ben Portsmouth, only thing I wish was that he played more upbeat songs, like "Trouble" and "Blue Swade shoes" instead it was a bunch of the slower songs. I was impressed with the show though, and it was definitely an experience. I will be back for other shows. read more

First of all, the bands were great and worth the price. The servers did a great job in such a crowded space. That brings me to the venue. You sit at long narrow tables of 10 people. No assigned seats, just assigned tables so unless you get the front spots, you have heads in your way. The tables are literally crammed in there and I don't know how the servers were able you weave their way through that mess. The parking leaves a lot to be desired. They charge $5.00 to self park (really?) and $10 for valet. Self parking is behind the building in a dimly lit lot so you need to walk back around to the front of the building to enter. They have a larger lot in the front but apparently that's only for valet. Overall, the venue is very poorly laid out but the music was great. If they would have better parking and seating, I would recommend it. read more

I have seen many entertainers here. Tonight we saw Paul Anka. For the first time ever, waitstaff was very sparse. I had to get my own drinks at the bar prior to the show. Then during the show I was looking for a waiter to get me some water and a refill of my wine and found out they shut down the bar during the show. Never have I paid a premium for a performance and not had access to the bar. Very disappointed in this venue. Going to rethink this place going forward. read more

Bee Gees last night. Lead singer mumbled and screeched through every song, probably due to the gum chewing visible on the outdated video screens. Long, thin tables for 8 sat ten. How is this venue not a fire hazard? Noise level was deafening due to most tables yelling at each other during event. $10 valet parking fee. People walked out during this event. Just left the "Leonid & Friends show......should have stayed home, oredered a pizza and drink Tito's that was not watered down. Upon arrival, after you pay for valet parking up front; $10. They do not have the courtesy to direct you which door to enter for the showroom. After entering the restaurant, and waiting to see someone about "will call", finally told ...... go back out and go to the showroom door to the left of the restaurant. of course, " NO WILL ALL. ...just a mass of people gathered in somewhat of a tangled line, no-one knowing if this is where we should be gathering. The band sounded like shit and I wasted over $250 for a shit show, an extremely poor value meal and a ridiculously poor performance by the band. I really enjoy the entertainment and the venue. I was frustrated that their website doesn't make it very clear about dinner. They changed options from the last time I was there and the menu doesn't show the change. I wish they would have stayed the way it was with better options to choose from rather than like a big, wedding banquet style. This is too expensive to get a chicken dinner/ pasta/ salad. read more

After reading past reviews of this establishment, I was significantly concerned that our experience would be negative. I am happy to report that none of the reviews reflect our experience. Parking was no problem. Self park was available as well as valet. We did not eat so food was not an issue but do think it would be difficult because the tables are long and narrow. The performance was top notch and was clearly visible from all aspects of the theater. The staff was professional and prompt. They served us well. I would return for future entertainment. read more

We went to the Showroom, not the actual restaurant. While the show was pretty good, everything else about it was not. We were sat in our seats and waited for our server, or at least some water maybe, for 35 minutes. After the first 10 minutes we started flagging down servers asking who had our table. It took them another 25 minutes to show up and take our order for 1 pizza. They don't give out free water. They have bottled for $3. Anyway, the service sucked. One of the other servers was talking to us as we waited(again) for our bill. He said "everyone was new" which is why our service was so bad. The pizza we did get was not good to me. Others in our party said it was "not horrible". Personally I don't like pizza that has a pasta sauce kind of flavor, and this one had tons of sauce that tasted like it would have been good on a bowl of spaghetti. The only way I'd go back is if someone resurrects Prince and he's having a concert there. And then I'll know better than to order food. read more

My first comment would be don't bother. My husband and I went last night to see David Foster. The music was great and the event room is very large, narrow and deep. You have to pay a lot to see the show. Everyone else are so far back you have to watch the show on screens. Everyone is so crowded in I cannot believe the fire department would approve. Ten people to a table with next to no room to move in or out. There were about 700 hundred people in the room! It is billed as a dinner show. There is a very limited menu (cheapest wine $11 a glass). We picked about the cheapest item on the menu - pasta with meat sauce, serves 2-4- $16.95. We were given plastic plates and silverware. When the order was served it was on a dinner size plate of pasta with some sauce an 2 rolls (hardly enough for 4 people!). The table was so crowded with their ads we had trouble being able to eat. Waitresses worked very hard to keep us happy but it was very difficult for them to get around. read more

Elvis to the max should have retired years ago, he was unable to complete any songs and his voice cracked or he couldn't sing. The venue should give discounts for future showes to make up for the ridiculous amount of money charged for a sub par show. A 7th grade singing club could have done better. Maybe im getting old. Maybe it's a midlife get-off-my-lawn thing. Whatever it is, i left a show at this venue feeling violated and thinking this has GOT to be the WORST place to see ANYTHING. Saw Lampanelli there and first off we were greeted by angry competing valet services, one of which was headed by a lesbian (not that there's anything WRONG with mullets) screaming at the other valet head as they practically yanked us out of my car. So the first nutslap is an angry aggressive FORCED valet service. Then you finally get inside and the venue basically looks like you are looking down a long hallway at the act onstage. Our seats were pretty pricey and were about 8 feet from seats significantly cheaper. The tables setup is annoying and the table service was useless....I couldn't even manage to get a few drinks to dull the pain of this horrible experience. THEN, to TOP A MISERABLE NIGHT OFF, we have to WAIT IN LINE FOR THAT FORCED VALET SERVICE! That's right folks...after the show you have to get in line with everyone else and wait for them to finally get your car! WHAT THE???? VALET PARKING AT A CONCERT/SHOW?????? MORE money grab....I DON'T CARE WHO PERFORMS HERE--I WON'T BE GOING BACK. Wow what a horrible venue. Judging by the other reviews, I am not the only one that feels this way about this place. Just awful. I don't know who plans tours for various acts, but if you are one of those people stay FAR away from this place...i almost hate Lampanelli now for performing here! Went to the showroom last night for the first time with my husband and another couple to see Rick Braun, BWB - Kirk Whalum and Norman Brown. My review is on the "Showroom" experience. If it was on the talent and performance alone, my rating would be 5 stars. Unfortunately, there were areas that this establishment could improve upon - if they chose to. I've always been someone who tries to see the upside of things, so I'm going to share a few things that may help someone else's experience, if it's their first time -- and some mental notes for me if I return, which I may, if the talent is someone I want to see! Wait Staff It makes no sense to me, but the waiter for our table pretty much disappeared after our initial service of food and drinks. Not sure if the establishment is understaffed or our waiter was just sub-par. But what a missed opportunity to make MORE money! If was definitely not a waiter worthy of a high tip. One a scale of 1-10 - he'd get a 4. He gave us our check and then disappeared. That being said, being someone who likes adult beverage throughout the evening, the next time I come, I will probably order multiple drinks and have them lined up, to make sure I have refreshment to last the evening, because there's no guarantee that you can easily get another one after the show starts. Seating We sat at Table 28. Not a bad table or view. I wouldn't sit any further back than tables 39-45. As others have said in previous reviews (which I wish I had read before going), get there early because the seats at the tables are not assigned. For the life of me, I'll never understand this. How difficult would it be to have assigned seating? Instead - your ticket purchases you a seat at a table of 10. So unless you come with 8 of your besties (which would probably be the best option), be ready to negotiate your own comfort and pray that you're sitting with nice, well-behaved people (because you're crammed in pretty close). Eliminating 2 seats per table would ease the crunch (but that would mean that the establishment cared about our comfort and would agree to make less money -- which probably ain't going to happen.) The chairs are tolerable but not comfortable. Old, firm banquet chairs. Should be replaced for others more comfortable. Valet Others have written about the Valet experience. Definitely not fun, but considering the crowd, we got our car in a reasonable amount of time. Unless you leave the show early, or wait inside for the crowd to die down, bring a huge dose of patience. We might do this differently next time -- park and walk. We'd get a few steps in, and would probably leave as quickly as we would with the valet option. In any case, you're paying $5 for parking. I'd encourage the establishment to make improvements that would speak to their customers complaints - but, considering the size of the house (it was packed), I won't hold my breath. All this being said, I'd come again, but better prepared to be responsible for my experience (where the establishment fails). read more

Just got home from the Tony & Tina wedding show. The table we were seated at was horrible. We couldn't move our chairs out to get up and go to the rest room. We couldn't see anything at all. They did the play of the wedding part first and then thr band started playing dancing music instead of some soft music for serving dinner. They played all of the line dancing music first. The dance floor was so crowded. The food finally came out at 8:30. The service wasn't bad but the bar was rediculous! $85 for a round of 6 drinks, mixed. $36 a bottle of wine, $10 for one drink, $6 for a beer. We'll never go back there again. Especially when you walk out with almost a $400 bar bi. We brought the kids and some friends all turning 50. A special birthday. Thought we would go out and have a good time and enjoy. Not if it breaks the bank. Sorry but you don't have our vote. read more

If it was possible to give less than one star I would. I wish I could give you a review on the ambiance of the venue and the taste of the food, but I cant. I was bullied and attacked by an employee before I could even make it into the establishment. This would have been my first time to the place, I had purchased tickets to a show for my girlfriend as a valentines day gift. Upon arrival we were greeted by one of their parking attendants. Five dollars, she barked. I said oh there's a charge for parking? I didn't see any mention of this on the tickets, the website or even on the driveway. I had no cash on me as i wasn't instructed to bring cash. I told the lady I only had a small amount of cash on me and Id have to either pay by card or go inside to get the rest. I never had an issue with paying for parking, but the attendant began to make a scene. GIVE ME ALL OF YOUR MONEY AND HURRY IN AND BRING ME THE REST, she screamed. HE ONLY HAS TWO DOLLARS! by this point there was a long line behind me, a group of customers in front of the door all gawking at the scene their employee was making. My girlfriend was embarrassed. So much so in fact that she didn't want the shame of having to walk past everyone that just belittled her and I. So we left. I called and spoke with the general manager. She was very nice. She told me she would cover the expenses of the tickets and make things right, she took down my number and promised to call me back apologizing every other word. She never called me back. I did receive a call though. It was from the manager of the valet company that ruined our night. He was an even bigger jerk. He started the conversation with, "In her defense she owes for every spot that didn't pay". he then followed with "when you go to Ford Field you expect to pay for parking". This wasn't Ford Field, this was an Italian restaurant. One that I will never return to and hope that nobody else does either. The issue wasn't that I did not want to pay for parking, the issue was that I didn't expect to and was treated like a lower class citizen because of it. This venue is a bit pricey, but worth every cent. The interior decor is quiet fancy and formal, and they have a very large dance floor. The show was decent, but the food, more than makes up for the show. The staff is very accommodating and kind. We enjoyed the people we sat with and the food. Also, they do require you to valet park (which is nice- especially if you are running late). In my humble opinion, this is the kind of place you bring a date to impress them. The Andiamo Celebrity Showroom website says "every seat is a great seat". This is not true, unless your idea of a good seat for a concert is one from which you can see mostly the back of people's heads with a tiny slice of the stage in between, which is what the majority of the seats in the room were like. Not only was the view bad, but the tables and chairs were so packed together that I felt more uncomfortable than when I have to fly coach across the country. (I tried moving my chair a bit to have more room for my legs and got reprimanded by an usher as a result.) The way they have the tables arranged in the upper level of the room, you need to be the first two people to arrive at one of the tables in the first section to have a decent seat, but even then your view of the stage will be obstructed by the constant parade of servers (food and drink is available throughout the show, for instance a $34.95 fruit platter) as well other guests heading to and from the bathrooms. The bathrooms themselves are far too small for a venue this size and poorly laid out. They're crammed into one corner of the building which was pretty much impossible to access after the show due to the mass of people crowding the lobby trying to get out to the valet line. There is no self-park option. I can't recommend trespassing, but I can share that there's a 24-hour Walmart across the street with large, easy to access bathrooms and a well-lit parking lot. My husband and I snuck out a side door (which we only found by peeking behind a curtain forming the backstage area) just to escape the building and walk around for a while before returning to get our car (and there was still a line for the valet). This was my first visit to this venue, and I believe it will be my last. For the $70 per ticket I paid, there are much better places in metro Detroit to see concerts. read more

I'll start with, I think my expectations were too high. So attended a Neo Soul concert last night here. The venue: It is a banquet hall with a stage and concert light. The women's bathroom was not cleaned throughout the concert, so it was clean before a lot of people got there and towards the middle got pretty nasty. There should have been an attendant monitoring the bathrooms for cleanliness. Seating: Long tables with 10 seats - we were thankful that two people didn't come, so there was only 8 of us at a table. Although we were still crammed between all the other tables. My best friend had to go to the bathroom a few times and felt so uncomfortable because she had to keep asking the person in front of her to let her through. We sat at table 62. It was a terrible view and the sound was off. We could barely understand the words coming out of the speaker. Seat closer if you can. I feel bad for the people sitting further back than us, it was really no point of them attending. Service: Our servers name was Shelby. She was nice. It seems like they hire a bunch of high school students to work as servers and let the adults do the hosting. Again, Shelby was great but young and couldn't give us recommendations on drinks and wasn't very familiar with them either. They would really benefit from letting the adults do the serving and the kids do the hosting. Food: The showroom menu is very limited. It's mainly appetizers and a couple entrees. I asked if we could order from the restaurant menu which is located on the other side and the server said they could only serve from the showroom menu. So I got Calamari, Hot Wings and my bestie got Sliders. The Calamari was VERY GOOD, the Hot Wings were good, the Sliders were "Alright" (per my bestie). We ordered half portions and they were huge. Definitely enough for two or three people to share. Also, very pricey. Our bill was $90, for our dishes and I had two glasses of wine and my bestie had Absolute and Sugarfree Red Bull. Oh and how can I forget they charge for water - $3.00. The server claimed they didn't give out glasses of water and you had to buy the bottle. She said something was going on with their water system. What!!! Although, I did see other people getting glasses of water. After I bought a bottle of water, I pleaded for a glass of water and she finally brought me one. Two stars because of the limited menu, unknowledgeable waitstaff, terrible seating arrangement and bathroom cleanliness. The experience wasn't terrible but, for what it cost to attend the event and food, I would have expected at least a three star experience. Don't go with high expectations and you will be ok. read more

I would agree with the other reviewers regarding the layout of tables in the upper section, lack of bathrooms, lack of parking, etc. My only addition is that the upper table section seems to change arbitrarily. We went for a recent event and when we went to find our seats, our table number was not there. Back to the podium and they said that the reconfigured the tables and we were upgraded from table 63 to table 53. Upgrade indeed, our table was in front of the last row of tables. No recourse from Andiamo's, "they reserve the right, blah, blah, blah.." take or leave it chump. I could have saved $30 by just buying the cheap seats. Of course most people probably don't go to a performance based on the venue, but more likely, they choose the act, so this review will not be seen by many, until after the show. So if you are here after the show, add your two cents. read more

Recently attended a corporate event here. The food was eh, pasta not cooked that well and other offerings were just okay. For a $$$ price, the food should be excellent. Other things I noticed, the very dirty, gross carpet. We're a fun bunch so we had a great time, but just on the venue itself, I'd say pass on it. There are a lot of places where you can do a lot better. read more
