Nice little spot to go to for the girls night out events lol. The only thing I thought was weird about this place was that they make you pay for water. I also feel like this place looks much more like a bar than a club. I would go back if I felt like going to another girls night out event. One Saturday night wasted. The music had such distortion that it was awful on the ears, head and chest. Please tell the DJ to correct this issue. Drinks are average not great and I did not order any food. $25 entrance fee per person, it is definitely on the high end for this Club. read more

The band (Diversity) that played the evening we visited pushed this place from 2ish stars to 3 stars! I'd give the band 5 stars! They were amazing! We were here for a birthday party and the bar definitely attracts an older crowd. Good energy and lots of dancing from the very first song. That being said, there's just something strange about this place. You have to buy bottle of water- there are a few signs that say: No Tap Water, Bottled Water Only. That seems so strange to me! I don't think I've ever been in a bar that doesn't offer water for free. One of our drinks had some fruit flies in it The server apologized and quickly got us a new one but that should have definitely been on the house right? What an absolute strip mall dump. They have a $5 cover charge before 9pm-we had no cash so we had to call our friend at the bar quickly. In the 5 seconds we were on the phone the doormen told us to "MOVE OUT OF THE WAY." There was an awesome live band playing but unfortunately during their breaks a woman "DJed" aka pressed play on iTunes and turned the volume to 100. This may seem strange but given the average age of the customers, mid 60s to 70s, it made sense. Our friend's dinner came out about 15 minutes after the rest of our group had received theirs, plus they charge for water which is insane. The median age was 65. I think if you are a member of AARP you get in free. I'm 50, my wife is 49 -- we were the youngest people there. So, prepare yourself. The band was great. So this a local bar not far from where I live and I have always been curious about the bar and how the bar stays in business because I never see many cars in the parking lot. So tonight my girlfriend and I decided to stop in for a drink. We were greeted by the door man, a 70 year old man, who was charging a $5 cover charge for a band he had no idea about what kind of music they played except they played "Rock and Roll" and started sometime during the night oh and a POF, Plenty of Fish, party was also happening sometime tonight (We are not swingers and have no desire to be but we wanted to see the bar). So we payed the cover, yes $5 for guys and girls, and went inside. The bar was really nice and clean. We ordered a Miller Lite and Coors Lite for $7.50, not horrible. The average age for patrons was 55 and through Google found out the band was a 60s and up Rock and Roll band that didn't start playing until 930 or 10, we got there at 7. I asked the bartender if they always charged cover 2-1/2 to 3 hours before the band started and was told she had no idea about that. I then asked the manager "Keven" if they always charged cover 3 hours before the band started because we go to see a lot of bands and usually cover is only charge 30 minutes to 1 hour before the band is scheduled to play. Keven in a condescending tone told me they always charge a cover no matter what because that's what the blonde haired foreign lady who owns the bar tells him to do and he has no control over anything. At this point we left. I will never be back to this bar and now know why I never see any cars in the parking lot. Also they do not give you a glass of water if you ask for it, even if you are ordering drinks, it's $2 for bottled water. read more

This club is for people 54 and older!!! The median age was at LEAST 60! We paid $5 cover and wanted a refund! Margarita was lemonade with a small bit of tequila and it came with a lemon slice?! I think it may have been 50th school reunion night! Do not go here unless your looking for a sugar mama/daddy with one foot in the grave! Or are into swingin with the 60's! read more

Great live music and atmosphere! Although it is mainly geared toward an older crowd! Make sure if you order a drink you specify what brand of alcohol you would like used because their standard well drinks use the cheapest alcohol I have ever tasted! Also be prepared to leave before they close as they will kick you out, we waited MAYBE 5 minutes after they turned the lights on for our Uber and they kicked us out and made us stand in the cold. Revisiting I had an unbelievable experience in which most people would love atmosphere is Incredible , food is cooked order in comes out surprisingly quick , staff I was inviting and friendly with smiles... Awesome safe location and tons of well lit parking!! This Club 54 is right up your alley...and they're just around the corner .....keep it up awesome!! read more

My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful evening of big band music, dancing and terrific Polish food. The service was very good as well. We plan on returning soon. read more

I must say.. I am amazed @ some of these reviews... Can't be the same place i go. Club 54 is one of the cleanest night clubs i ever been too. The food is GREAT! The bands are awesome! i never seen such clean rest rooms.... if you think 10pm is late for a band then you might be too old to be out that late... give me a break! It's a frickin NIGHT CLUB!! key word (NIGHT)The other funny thing is they don't open till 7pm.. they must of been @ the wrong place if they were there @6pm... it makes me laff! Some people ya just can't please! so they make up crap just to make it as bad as they can... Nice people who work there.. Always kind to there customer. i have lots of friends who go there all the time... & they say all good things about the club & management.... Maybe you's need to go to other bars so you can see how nasty, trashy, dirty they really are...or maybe they just need to get a LIFE!! & if your going to bitch about $5 cover then they probably don't want you there anyway... one thing i learned a long time ago....... My experience on March 15, 2014 at Club 54 turned out to be one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. I am a Widow and 64 yrs. old. I was talking to a female friend from our widow group next to our table. A couple in their 40s from the next table came up to me. Both the lady and the man went on each side of me and shouted into my ears to move because that was their space. When I did not move they both shoved me into the table. I immediately went to talk to the manager who only told the couple not don't do it again. They laughed. I then went to the bouncer who was going to talk to the abusive couple but the manager told the bouncer not to say anything. I am a small woman and could not defend myself. I feel that I could not get any support from the Club and feel that this is a very dangerous place to go. I strongly recommend that unless you are able to protect yourself do not step into this establishment as it is not safe. read more
