I wanted her to quote another company but didn't even get that far. Because of the slow customer service I now told her that now I didn't want to renew and I'd find another agency. She didn't care at all and was happy to get me off the phone. No discussion, she just hung up. I guess they don't need my business.

What is not included is their version of FastPass. FastPass for the Mario park was about $300 per person, no discount for kids. I purchased 8 passes. I just don't see myself getting on any rides. One additional positive was that we were able to get our Florida resident discount for the three rooms we reserved. The battery appears fine and so does the alternator. He filled up our tires and helped disconnect the battery again ;( until we could get it to the shop. Thanks Matthew!
