Andy took the time to work out great coverage but reduced my increase to a manageable amount. The most significant change that saved me was switching to binding arbitration, which meant I gave up the right to sue. What has happened in Florida is that roofs can be repaired, but the homeowner automatically knows if they sue, they get a new roof.
