The instructors are knowledgeable and amazing, they have a great inventory of equipment. Excellent at helping you with your form and posture. They have produced nationally ranked archers and olympians. If you're looking to get more practice or just looking for some recreation you can rent a lane for a affordable price $9 per hr. They also have a station/shop to customize or fix your bows.

So after some googling I came across Connecticut Archery. I gave them a call and they were able to do a lesson that day. I went up there not really knowing anything about my compound bow. Nate was very helpful, patient and gave me some good advice during my lesson and adjusted my bow. I stayed after the lesson to practice my new skills and then Mike (the owner) showed up. I got another lesson from him. He fine tuned everything that I had learned with Nate. You can really see Mike's passion for archery. He is great teacher and pays attention to all the small things that can make or break that shot. I had an amazing experience at Connecticut Archery and I'm definitely going back to keep honing my skills!!

He was helpful and watched/critiqued us for the entire time that we wanted. He did everything that he could to help and make it a fun experience. Because of him I was not nervous or worried about how well I was performing. I was not able to shoot at my target but was consistently shooting far above it, and my fingers hurt...he gave me a new bow with less tension, changed my sight, told me to try the finger pads...he helped in every way possible while others would have probably been annoyed. He was just an extremely nice person who genuinely wanted to help you and see you improve. I would go back, for sure.
