Not a small job, and an emergency one, because she LOVED running around the neighbors' yards. Lucian and his Dad braved the elements on extremely short notice, and built an entire new fence (mostly in the rain) for a great price. They gave me lots of upgrades, like unknotted wood, and thicker footers, and were incredibly fast and efficient. Its beautiful. That should have been enough, but - no - then my about six months later my back neighbors got their own Bernadoodle puppy, and the two dogs decided they didn't want a fence, so my pitty figured out how to pound her head against the boards until they bowed, then get her jaws on the wood, and tear through it. Lucian agreed that metal roof panels attached to the back fence would probably work (either that or an electric cattle fence), so he and his son came back out with the panels, cut them to fit, and spent a day attaching them, which - it turns out - is not as easy as it sounds. Again, quick service and excellent value. This family business, NW Modern, is fantastic, and I highly recommend them. And yes - it appears the metal roof panels are working!

They came out to talk thru the project and discussed options but no hard sell (which I appreciate). They assign a project manager (Blake in my case) to coordinate and keep things on schedule. However, the heroes of the project were Michael + Jonathan who built our fence. The took out the prior fence and checked in with our 96 yr old neighbor that we share the fence with to make sure he approved. He did! The walked me thru the finished fence and even added a "puppy protector" mini fence to keep our dog contained. They were super respectful, kind and FAST. It looks great and with the great warranty, we couldn't be happier.

He was extremely communicative throughout the whole job and answered all of our questions (we had a lot), and understood our vision immediately. He even followed up after the job was complete to recommend some stain and seal options that we could use when we do that part ourselves next Spring. He showed up on time on the first day, and was done with the project sooner than expected. He cleaned up well in our backyard - aside from the beautiful new deck you couldn't tell they had even been working back there. They immediately got to work building me the deck I dreamed of. I was so impressed with their work that 6 months later I called them again to re-build a deck at the back of my house that was failing. Again, exceptional work. Last week I bought an RV and needed part of my fence moved/re-built so that I could fit my new RV on the pad at the side of my house. They came out the same day I called them and gave me a quote. 2 days later they moved an installed my new fence. I honestly can't say anything negative about this company.
