Alex and his crew are wonderful. I kept adding on jobs and they kept doing it! they tile my bathroom floors they install toilets and vanities they install new bathroom lights and a chandelier in the dining room they installed carpeting on my stairs and landed on my floors and they painted the whole inside of the condo. They probably did more stuff but I can't think of it! The condo looks brand new! I have a estimate from someone else to be putting in my floors and it was a lot higher and then our Kevin delays so I have Alex and prestige home construction do it. All the crew on prestige home construction are very friendly and they're very professional. I would recommend this company to anybody. The workout fat done faster than I thought and it was beautiful beautiful This is the review I wrote last year and I didn't realize I didn't post it. I rarely write Yelp reviews anymore but Alex and Prestige deserve one. After moving into my new home, I had to fix significant dry rot issues. One of the support beams was on its last leg as it has suffered dry rot. Alex quickly responded to my request for quote, came out the next day, and gave me a quote. He was very thorough with his inspection and gave me a no b.s. quote. There were several other companies I got quotes from but decided to go with Alex because of his straightforward answers and great customer service. Alex and his crew came the same week and did an amazing job on the project. They were very respectful of my property and placed everything back in their place. Their work was solid. Alex took pictures and send them to me as I was at work. After they were complete, they cleaned up the area well and placed everything back. Very impressed with this company they take into account every detail from start to finish. Great customer service, communication and their craftsmanship is outstanding. They installed our board and batten stair wall and shiplap fireplace wall with great detail in design and quality workmanship. Both their construction and paint crew were very professional and did an excellent job of leaving things clean. I got 5 quotes and Prestige was right in the middle. The cheaper quotes told me they'd do 1 coat, medium grade paint and be done in 1 1/2 to 2 days. Alex told me all the things they'd do and that it would take about 5 days, which it did. After pressure washing everything, they re-caulked all my siding, repaired some damaged trim and did two coats of premium paint. In short, they took their time and did it right. They even fixed a a few minor things along the way without increasing the price. House looks great. We're getting lots of compliments and are very happy with the work. read more

I needed to have my failing 30 year old deck replaced so I contacted Prestige Home Construction for a bid on the job. Alex from Prestige Home Construction responded almost immediately to my request. He showed up on time the day of our scheduled appointment. He very quickly understood what I wanted to have done for the replacing of the deck. He gave me a verbal price on the spot and followed up later with a written proposal which I accepted. The proposal he gave was very competitive as compared to the other companies I had bid on the job. The day of the start of the job Carlos and crew showed up on time. They quickly tore out my old decking and hauled it away. On the days that followed they built a beautiful and very solid new deck. Along the way as I had questions Alex or Carlos would take the time to discuss them with me. My wife and I are very pleased with the new deck and Prestige Home Construction.
