My cat went into seizures this morning and died. She had a kidney infection. They refused to refund my money or even let me talk to the vets. Eddy, the groomer, is obviously not qualified. I could not believe that they would send a "groomed" dog looking like that bad. It was so horrible looking, I took my dog to Petsmart where the master groomer said that it looked like someone did it on purpose - as if angry at the dog. It is also very troubling that the "vets" allow a obviously untrained groomer to deal with animals who are usually frightened and away from their owners. I'm too scared of these people to have them ever treat my dog medically again. I felt like my dog was abused by these people. I have never been that upset over a transaction in my 50 years.
