I had said I wanted to change because I did not think my insurance would pay for it. It was about $500. The office manager assured me that insurance should pay for IV. At the cost of approx $500. Low and behold 2 months later, they did not pay it. said that to me at the time because she did not want to have to reschedule the surgery because I wanted the less expensive option. Those surgeries using the other option had to be done on a different day she said. I feel ripped off over this because she assured me my insurance would cover the expense. Now, two months later I find out insurance did not pay a dime of it.

They treat you as a person and not a NUMBER. They don't rush you in and out and there's no one in this office that doesn't care. Friendly, professional and they care.
