The first time I walked in I told him I want to stay as close to my natural color without a brassy tone but also cover all my grays. He nailed the color on the first try. He also does an amazing job with cuts. I go in every month since my "natural highlights" grow out quickly so I trust him with my cut and color. I am happy with the haircut. But I am not happy with the secret last minute charges to my bill. When I called to make an appointment I was told it cost $69 for an appointment with Arturo. When I go to pay I was charged $89. The receptionist told me it's because it took him "longer to do my hair than he anticipated".. that's not my fault. He was running a little behind on my appointment, which I told him it's ok I understand things happen, he was late because his previous client was late, but that's not my fault. I should not be penalized or charged more for him running behind and "my hair taking longer to finish". I tried reaching management and never heard back.
