I love it. He is very humble, but so talented. He provided lots of tips for making my hair look fuller during the hair cut. I am happy with the haircut. But I am not happy with the secret last minute charges to my bill. When I called to make an appointment I was told it cost $69 for an appointment with Arturo. When I go to pay I was charged $89. The receptionist told me it's because it took him "longer to do my hair than he anticipated".. that's not my fault. He was running a little behind on my appointment, which I told him it's ok I understand things happen, he was late because his previous client was late, but that's not my fault. I had my hair colored by Erika, and I'm pretty unhappy, especially considering the price. Speaking of price, I you can disregard the prices on the website - my color was double the price I expected. The salon is cute and clean, Lorenzo did a great job with washing my hair. But the end result of Erika's work was not what I asked for, and the toner is still wrong even after a correction visit. I also felt like just a number here, they rotate through a lot of customers at one time and I had no idea if anyone was even really keeping track of time for my processing.
