The texture was absolutely perfect. The Jann's Coconut chicken was even more delicious. Like most coconut dishes it is mildly sweet. My only complaint about it is they didn't seem to have cooked the basmati rice for long enough and the kernels were a bit tough. Overall the experience and flavors were great. I do think it is a bit on the pricier side for the portion sizes, (I can understand that they are probably just covering costs). What I really appreciate is that they list the macros for the meals (although there seems to be a few dishes where this is not listed). That makes it REALLY easy for someone who is looking to keep track of their carbs/protein.
