I have been meaning to review this location for a while. We go to this location very often and this wonderful person constantly greets us with a smile and a warm hello. If there is a good booth available , she will make sure we get it! We love a good bargain and for a while these guys have been offering a real yummy breakfast for only $7.49! You can't beat the prices and variety for breakfast and the staff and manager are the best. Enjoy a good meal there.

Everything was good (with the exception that they brought us bacon when I ordered sausage but the bacon ended up being good)! However when it came down to paying that's where the problem started. The cashier/host at the front would not let me redeem my free birthday coupon. I showed her multiple times on my phone and she would say it's not valid, she could only give me my points but not use my coupon, and then said I didn't order the correct item for the coupon. I tried explaining to her it's the same thing and that I even showed the waitress my coupon to make sure I got that specific item. I was getting agitated but remained calm though out the whole conversation meanwhile she was getting angry. She got so condescending that another host had to step in and tell her to move away and she was able to quickly scan and redeem my coupon (something the other host refused to do in the beginning). As we paid and were about to leave the other host quickly changed her attitude and was soooo kind and understanding to the other family that had just come in despite having refused to help me and my family with our order. Food was great , steak was seasoned so good I did not need A1 sauce. And ANGELA was the best server I have ran across in a long time, ANGELA was very nice , she checked in with us on every thing , we did not have to wonder where the server go? I ate at Denny's today and the food was good. However the service could have been better. The waitress handed me my plate instead of placing it down and said it was hot which felt a bit awkward. Not good. I ordered a house salad to start came with the entree. Ordered the cali club with season fries. Got reg fries and the sandwich barley had any meat on it. Food is just okay and if you are at Dennys then you already know. Shrinkflation has definitely affected the portions. Which is not a bad thing if you ask me. It's not the best food but the kind service makes up for it. It had been a decade since I visited one of these establishments. Honestly not sure how this place could get less than 5 stars. I had to meet my client for inspections at our new escrow and thought, what the heck. I haven't been to Dennys in a while. I ordered the pumpkin pancake grand slam with coffee. I had the nicest waitress, she was very friendly, all the staff were attentive and the food arrived quickly and as it was on the menu...although I should've ordered more bacon...you can never go wrong with more bacon. I was there for a couple of hours (I was early) and they were fine with me staying and let me get some work done. I came around 10:30AM and it wasn't too busy but right at lunch the crowd started to come in. Nice ambiance, it was very clean! So, I would say give this place a chance. My boys & i sat down and received menus from a male waiter. Shortly after a female waitress took our order. Upon ordering I specifically remember her saying will you be ordering food. I normally just have a coffee while my boys eat. I replied let me have a side of hashbrown & my coffee. So I ordered 1 kids build your own grand slam & 1 coffee and a side of hashbrown. Note: it's a build your own Grnd.Slam Hashbrown, panckaes,and eggs. The male waiter brings everything except my adult hashbrown on the side that I ordered. No big deal since I normally don't eat breakfast. Upon receiving my bill I made it a point to look it over. They charged me for my side of Hash. Went to pay and I made him aware I did not get " my " hashbrown. He immediately stated yes you did! That's the very first thing I took to your table. I said no I did not get my hashbrown. He made a female facial expression as to suggest disgust and said if you want I will pay for your hashbrown. I immediately got upset and said listen I'm not paying for something I did not receive and consume. He said It's OK I can pay for it if you want. I then attempted to break down my order to him. With several interruptions of him as he was having a tantrum. At this point the female waitress who took my order came over and I said I never received my hashbrowns. She looked at him and said you didn't take it to him. He then proceeded to apologize and said I'm sorry. I said keep your sorry since I can't pay with your sorry or deposit your sorry in the bank. This fricking guy had no clue what I ordered. So I kept riding his ass in Spanish and English in regards to his sorry. I then told both of them are you guys aware of how many times you went to my table? A big fat zero! He said don't you see we are busy. Then the female said that's the reason I took your order. I was helping him out. I said I'm good with you helping him out but this kid is so fricking rude. So I then told him I would be giving back his sorry back to him in a form of a tip. I had breakfast here on a Wednesday morning with my family and we had the best time. Our server, Ana, was so attentive and even helped us put in a special request with the cook for some dietary restrictions my son has. Not only was the cook able to work with our request but it was also great in taste. The cook made the bacon so crispy and the pancakes were also so fluffy. The service was great and also not a long wait. The food was delicious and had nice presentation as well. My family is picky so I was very surprised to see how much they enjoyed their breakfast. 10/10 recommend this location! read more

Went there for lunch, went into the restroom and it was gross, it smelled terrible and it was dirty, I unfortunately stepped on a piece of toilet paper on the floor and there was poop on it I decided that if the bathroom was that gross that I couldn't be sure that the kitchen wasn't that gross also, so i left and won't return. Dine-in with daughter after school, it wasn't busy at around 4:00 pm with 3-4 occupied tables, and the service was fast. Food servings were generous and fresh, with refillable drinks. Typical Denny's, nice people but horribly slow service. I start my reviews with a solid 3 and work my way up or down. This went down because of the 14 minute wait for service. My wife was grumpy because lack of caffeine. That's not Denny's fault, but the slow service didn't help matters. I really hope they don't burn her toast. Came here on a week day and there was only two other tables in the place and the service was so slow. The girl would disappear and only came around once. Never got a refill and the server had put way too much cheap perfume on that it made me nauseas every time she came around. The prices have gone up way too much for Denny's. It was 16 dollars for a hamburger and did not include drink. My husband got an omelette and it was 16 dollars too! Business took me into Valencia\ one evening. I was pretty far from home, and was getting pretty hungry. I decided to find the closest place open at that time of night. No surprise, Denny's was one of the very few options I had, and the best one out of all of em. I walked in here, and thankfully it was not busy at all. There were only two other groups, so service was fast. I decided on one of my favorites: the 9-grain pancake breakfast combo. I got it customized to my liking, and sipped on my coffee while waiting for my food. The food came out in a short amount of time, and it was delicious! They got my order right, and few places can claim that. The coffee also gave me the jolt I needed for my drive home. The two workers here, both the cashier and the cook, were pretty cool people. We had a good conversation while I waited for my food, and they added to the good vibe here. The next time I take a trip to NorCal via the 5 freeway, I'll consider stopping by this Denny's location. read more
