Jeff and his crew completed the work in less than two and a half days, working around the painters who had fallen way behind schedule. I had moved on because I had the worst experience across the board on a multi-material/space reno order exceeding $20,000.00. They promised delivery dates which were not true. They measured and ordered less than we needed for four areas; resulting in costly and inconvenient delays. They charged us dearly for these fill in materials and delivery charges. They failed to accept responsibility or show the proper responsibility, by paying to rush under ordered fill in orders. They failed to find the marble of a shorted order, and strung us out for two weeks with false info; only to find out that the stuff we got was no longer available because we got a remnant of the wrong color marble, of which there was no more. They double-charged us for this wrong marble; and, after all this refused to refund the pre-charge for fill in un-matched boxes and for over charging for the remnant from the start. At the end of it, we were faced with the reality that we were the victims of what amounted to a litany of lies, manipulation, inconsideration, irresponsibility, and criminal gouging. Go anywhere else!

This is by far the worst experience with any contractor. Sam, the owner of destiny remodelling,…read moreassured us that he was licensed to do the work in Okaloosa we had requested of him, to include electrical, and wall demo. He is not. He also hired an unlicensed employee to conduct the work. There have been days when no one showed up, and the days when someone does it is hours past the start time we where told. He took a large percentage of the payment in advance, and it went downhill from that moment on. We have a $1,200 bill for the epoxy grout an emergency plumber had to come and remove. The tile was not even grouted I. It's entirety, there is uneven grout, and uneven, and unlevel tiles. They damaged my bathtub and promised to pay for a replacement( never happened) there is grout on the wall, and on the ceiling. When has another contractor come in and an electrician to try to salvage this situation, both stating they had never ever seen anything like this in their professional careers, even took pics because they said their co workers would not believe this! The worker, left epoxy grout all over the tile, and Sam refused to come and make it right, he actually said he doesn't have the energy to drive over, it's already five, meanwhile my husband stayed up Until midnight scrubbing until his fingers bled,after a full day of work! Sam also lied to us about his last name when we hired him, saying his last name was destiny, well it's not and he is a felon as well as his so called business partner whom he suggested come and asses the situation in a few days. Mind you these are violent felonies! And not just one or to, his partner has over 50 charges, and Sam has a list himself. They have refused to give us a refund, or compensate us for damages and materials. We are now going through a legal process to try to get this situation rectified. Don't use these people!
