I showed him the photo of the haircut i requested, and let him know that i was unhappy. He informed me that she was new, which unfortunately is not an excuse. A new barber should be an apprentice until they are ready to cut hair. At that point i just needed to leave and asked how much i owed them, and the owner said that it was on the house.
