Once the shots were available for shipment, the office called me back to tell me I was responsible for the fee to inject the shots, another 600.00+ Why was I not given this information before they ordered them? I asked and they said people just pay and don't ask questions. OMG. I was told I was the first person to say this. The response was appalling. Lucky, I was able to call and get my money back for the shots. I will be looking for another office.

This being a workers comp claim their was pushback from the insurance company that the office staff dealt with and handled wonderfully. I had a scope of my left shoulder and recovered quicker than expected and my three incision points are hardly noticable, surgery was effective and professional and I now actually have better range of motion with my left shoulder than my right.
