I called up Zach and he made it a point to come in over the weekend to see me. And that's just the way he operates. Since then I haven't had a reason to use another dentist. He gets through the cleanings quickly and they're not uncomfortable. He clearly takes pride in the lighting, dental equipment and general appearance of the office.
