Did an excellent job. Good office experience and they do not push unnecessary work. Very professional job.

I was livid, but I had a cavity that fell out and this was the first place I could get into. So, as much as I wanted to walk out, I crossed of the "negative" and said I wouldn't say anything untruthful. The dentist told me the tooth was gone, they would need to pull it and put in a bridge. I was confused since the tooth was very much alive and not infected, but just missing a big chunk. He then said I could get an implant but tried to scare me away from that by saying I wouldn't want that option because it requires a bone graft. I was almost in tears and tried to ask questions, but instead he said the receptionist would be in shortly to explain the procedure. The receptionist tried to get me to schedule the work, but I was freaked out by the posts of my perfectly good teeth that would need to be created for the bridge. I said "I don't want to file down my other teeth" she responded with, "it's preparing, not filling." I walked out. Thankfully I found a great dentist in Vero that was able to save my tooth. If someone tells you you need a tooth pulled, do research on all the potential complecations, and get a second opinion.
