We weren't in the market for anything, so we left empty handed, but it was a beautiful store to look around in. The owner was very friendly. He greeted us when we entered the store and let us know he would help with anything we needed. The store was fairly empty, it was only us and maybe two other people browsing. Everything was very nice, but the merchandise was very expensive. I didn't look at an item that wasn't out of my price range. If you're the market for high end home goods and decor then Simon Pearce Retail Store has some really nice stuff. If you're on a budget, like me, this isn't the shop for you.

We left the bowls at the register as we continued to browse the shop. When she went to pay for them the owner looked at the price and said it must be wrong. She tried to look them up but couldn't find them in her inventory and told her she better leave them and not buy them. I stood up for my niece and told the owner she should honor the price and she told me that this isn't Walmart and once again insisted we leave the bowls. I have never been treated so rudely and I guarantee we will never return to this store again. You have no customer service. Even Walmart would have treated us better

From the very start, he was so kind and very welcoming. He engaged in casual conversation with me in the most comforting and friendly way. He was adorable and sweet. I was just looking around and seeing what they had and he acted like I was the most important customer. I had no intention of buying anything - since I was just window shopping that day, but I really wanted to support him and his business and ended up purchasing a very cute pair of elephant earrings. Since then I've seen Greg around and have come to find he's just a wonderfully kind man. You definitely want to check this place out. The two women working there were an absolute delight--friendly, enthusiastic about Marimekko, and as helpful as could be. I bought a dress, some throw pillows, and some mugs and dishes. Excellent quality items, and they were discounted at different rates, I believe between 15%-50%. I absolutely love this place and can't wait to go back.
