The builder's loan office knew this information, but was unresponsive and didn't call me back for over 72 hours. I was a nervous wreck... Contacted Mary and her team. Explained the situation and they took over. The entire team at Summit Funding was very responsive, respectful, and patient. Their web based program was easy to use and uploading and signing documents were a breeze.
