That being said the flooring installation was a disaster from the beginning. The kitchen was done twice. The living/den area has been worked on several times and is still a disaster. The house is 124 years old and needed luan under the vinyl but Shane denied needing it. very sparingly used liquid leveling which was not used at all after the second kitchen repair. I paid $12,500 for this. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied. Think twice before contracting especially if you have an older home.

Once more, they came through--doing the job right and within what the home warranty would actually cover. This is an honest company that does great work. The only downside is that they're hard to get a hold of and prioritize jobs based on urgency. But if you can get them to take your job--do it! Totally worth it.
