Ordered two pink corsages and asked for greens. Customer service over the phone was delightful. When I picked up the flowers I could barely get attention from those working. Corsages are VERY small and have fake, white leaves and no greens. Very 1980's. I am completely shocked and embarrassed. When I called about no greens and the fake, white petals I was told "This is how everyone does it and how we have done it for years." Stated I could return for refund but they would not fix. I rdered flowers through 1-800-Flowers. They were to be delivered on 2/14/2021, as that was an available date on 800-Flowers. On 2/11/2021, the flowers were delivered to my home without warning. No phone call, no email, no nothing. I had Valentines plans set, and they were completely ruined by this companies poor communication. When I called Andrews flowers in Beaverton, I spoke to the owner, Roseanne. She was very combative, gave a lot of attitude, and not once offered an apology. She told me they "decided" to deliver them early. They did not call me or contact me in any way. The card with the flowers even has my phone number on it. She claimed it was due to inclement weather, which I understand. However, there was no communication to indicate they would be delivered today. Unfortunately, Roseanne continued to not take ownership or accountability for the mistake. She then hung up on me, not once, but twice. Offered no recourse, no nothing, just an "Oh well, we can come pick them up!" Thank you Andrews flowers for ruining my Valentines day with my loved one. In simple words: UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, IRRESPONSIBLE Alright here's my experience with this shop: - I ordered flowers online from their website to be delivered to my mom for Mom's day and paid $81.94 ($16.95 Delivery fee) - My mom never received the flowers (her address is straight forward and she's always home especially because of the Covid situation) - I called them two days after the day the flowers where supposed to be delivered and followed up - Their Answer: We have delivered them and it's not our problem that you haven't received them! We have a policeman making our flower deliveries. - I asked if they had saught a signature or maybe taken a picture of the delivery and their answer: It's a $16 DELIVERY FEE, HOW DO YOU DEMAND FOR A RECEIPT/PICTURE!!! They had a very rude and ignorant tone and accused me of being dishonest with them!!! So here are my questions: - How come you guys do not provide a tracking code for your shipments/deliveries? Isn't that pretty standard? - Why didn't you guys send a confirmation email/note when you delivered the flowers? - What do you mean your delivery guy is a Policeman?!!!! That's unprofessional of you! I had made a misspell on the delivery address online. Unfortunately I made the order very early Sunday morning, I quickly wrote an email to Andrews Flowers with the correction. Monday morning I called the shop to confirm they received my email, they said they had but the delivery was out already due to it being shipped from the East Coast. The lady was helpful, took my phone number down and said she had a call in to the delivery service. I thanked them and hoped for the best. The flowers arrived right on time and to the correct address. I am very thankful for their efforts in correcting my error! I recommend them 5/5 stars. Thank you. read more

I am very pleased with the special flower project I had Andrew's Flowers do for me. I have two window boxes that are very large under the windows over my garage. I didn't want to put real flowers in because of maintenance and difficulty on a second story with watering etc. So, I asked Rose at Andrew's Flowers if they could do artificial flowers for me that would look realistic. Not only could they do it but they did a fantastic job! I gave her some pictures of flowers that I liked and we discussed colors, grasses, and vines to create a really great look. I read nice reviews and wanted to order from a company local to the recipient. The arrangement delivered could have come from a grocery store for half the price - definitely not full like pictured and different flowers in clumps and short stemmed. I emailed them within the 10 days about my concerns and requested a response. I got no response. I recommend trying a different company that cares about their customers and quality of flower arrangements they make. read more

Specifically told them over the phone that it was very important to me to get a nice bouquet of flowers for my grandmothers 90th birthday, $87.00 later we receive a dinky bouquet that looked like a $30 bouquet I could have gotten at Safeway. Then over the phone I nicely ask them to either bring a nicer arrangement or please refund my money, and they were awful! So rude, finally said they would refund the money but they were going to come back for the flowers (totally fine by me) And I asked them not to come between 3-4 since this is when we are having a band play for my grandma and they showed up at 3:30!! And were SOOOo rude! C'mon like seriously? How hard is your job!? You're supposed to be nice and provide a flower service for people that are trying to make someone else smile. Andrew's had the foresight to deliver it early (on Thursday instead of the scheduled Sunday) before what turned out to be a snow/ice storm. My wedding flowers were ordered thru Andrew's Florist. I had originally gone to another florist near by and was not happy about how rude they were. When we went into Andrew's I was pleasantly surprised how different my experience was already. They were so nice and patient with me as I had no idea what kind of bouquets to order. My bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, all the boutonnières and corsages were beautiful. We ordered all the flowers for the tables and arranged them ourselves. They were all beautiful and fresh. (See updates below) I normally use Andrews Flowers because of their connection to my high school and they usually do a nice job with my flower orders. Unfortunately that will change due to the lack of customer service during a Mother's Day order and the lack of customer service and accusatory language over the phone with them today. Flowers have not been delivered during the time they said they would show up and instead of saying "sorry for the inconvenience, they are on their way" they instead decided to not take accountability and say "I didn't say we would send them during that time and we have 1,000's of orders And it usually isn't delivered during the window we provided you"....hmmm...ok...then don't provide those windows of time and then put blame on me for holding you to the standard in which you provided. Mistakes happen and I get that, but it's a huge bummer to be treated like that over the phone when all I wanted was an ETA on the order I made for my wife. Disappointed...cant see myself going back unfortunately :( UPDATE: after reading the reviews on this place it sounds like there is a lady (probably the wine I spoke with) who has a temper and treats customers with zero integrity and grace. Take a deep breath and learn how to smile over the phone...it makes a difference. DELIVERY UPDATE: $75 gets you a TINY bouquet and it wasn't even the type of flowers I ordered. Asked for sunflowers/spring bouquet and get pink and white carnations and roses...NOT EVEN CLOSE. On top of that during this quarantine they said they would drop off the flowers at the front door and leave to keep our social distance...NOPE...the man stood at the door and waited till I opened it and handed them to me without protective gear on his hands or face. First of all I cannot believe the reviews on here, they could not be further from the truth. I order flowers at least twice a month from Andrews and they are ALWAYS beautiful and fresh, always more than my money's worth. Rose the owner has a huge heart and works her tail off to please me. My wife is beyond picky and is always beyond happy with her flowers. I was so impressed by the past flowers I have purchased that I had her do my wedding. My wife and I were blown away, our guests and even our photographers were beyond impressed. We could not have been happier, truly helped make the day even better. I started going to this cute little flower shop to get some flowers for my wife for her office. I told them about her, the colors she likes, that she likes whimsical fun colors. That she likes it when the flowers are aromatic and her clients can smell them. I told them that I wanted to spend around $40-$45 dollars. They put together an amazing arrangement that was almost exactly what I thought my wife would love. But... I would have liked there to be a big sunflower right in the middle. So, I asked them if I could add a sunflower right in the middle and they let me pick one out - they told me that it would last longer if I picked one that wasn't quite all the way open yet. I listened, and was very happy with the results. My wife loved the flowers, and they have lasted a couple of weeks!!! ...and they did not try to up-sell me... In fact, they only charged me $40, despite my addition. I highly recommend this place! Side-note: this shop is locally-owned; the owner actually works there and talks to you when she is not too busy; Also, bring your own vase - they do not mind! Lastly, they are great florists, but not great photographers (their social media photos do not do their arrangements justice). read more

My boyfriend ordered me flowers and I was completely taken aback by the HORRIBLE arrangement when delivered. Needless to say the card was a real treat as well, it looked as if a printer from the 80's printed the card. The arrangement looked like something you would get at Safeway on a discount. The flowers were wilted and the roses were cracked and brown on parts. The customer service was equally as disturbing as the flowers. They 'offered' after 'educating' me on how some flowers look wilted to send over another arrangement....the second one was equally as GROSS. Long story short I would save yourself a lot of trouble and find another place. A toddler could make a better flower arrangement than this company and probably have better manners too. read more

My experience matches the previous review almost exactly. I ordered flowers on Friday to be delivered on Saturday for Mother's Day. I got an email confirmation stating the flowers had been delivered. Lie! They did not deliver anything. I called FTD on Sunday and they said they would deliver the flowers that afternoon. They delivered the flowers but not the nice arrangement I had picked out from FTD. Oh, but... oops! Although someone at the florist had handwritten "chocolates" on the card, they did not deliver the chocolates I had ordered to be delivered with the flowers. Another call to FTD.. they said the chocolates would be delivered on Monday. But NO! No chocolate delivery on Monday, either. Another call to FTD, but this time to cancel the order and demand a refund. Would I recommend FTD or this florist? Absolutely NOT. read more

Wow I can't believe that guy. This florist has served our family for 25 years. Weddings baptisms, 3 funerals, and we know of at least 9 other families blown away by the work that this florist does. Leaned this florist years ago through my employer who was very picky can't be beat let me tell you. The people at our events love the originality and can't believe value. Ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day to be delivered to the restaurant that she works at through FTD. She got off work at 4:00, and the flowers hadn't been delivered. I figured that they were just busy, so at 8:00 that night, we swung by the restaurant to pick them up, and they still hadn't been delivered. I called FTD on Friday to ask what the status was. The CSR was non-apologetic and used the standard line of "I understand why you are not happy with the service you received" and said that they would make sure that the flowers were delivered that day. I pointed out to her that it was the day AFTER Valentine's and wasn't going to mean as much. She said that they would do an upgrade at no cost so that my wife could "enjoy the flowers more". Again, no delivery when she got off work at 4:00. I called FTD back to cancel the order very upset. The CSR told me that they were going to be including some chocolates for my wife and would deliver the next day; I told him she wasn't going to be going to work on the weekend and pointed out that the whole point of ordering her flowers for Valentine's day was that I wanted her to get flowers on VALENTINE'S day not four days later. He told me that he could authorize a 10% discount if I wanted to have the flowers delivered to my house or to her work on Monday. I told him I wasn't paying ANYTHING for the flowers and that if he wanted to save my future business, then he might consider delivering the flowers to my wife anyway, but that I was not going to be paying for anything from them. He told me that they weren't going to give me free flowers; I told him that was fine; that I wasn't paying them for any flowers and that they wouldn't be getting my business in the future. Again, there was absolutely no apology for the failure of service, only the "I understand that you are upset" script that is given to all CSR's when a customer calls with a complaint. My wife and I went into her restaurant on Sunday to have lunch, and were informed that flowers and chocolates had been delivered late Friday night; the delivery driver apparently pushed the flowers onto the front desk (had the hostess not grabbed it, it would have tipped over), tossed the box of chocolates at her, turned and slammed the door on his way out without saying a word to anyone. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN YEARS! I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEIR SERVICES FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!
