We have purchased numerous items from Amdrews Furniture over the years and 7 years ago I bought an auto lift recliner for our guest house. It was so good that in January 2025 I bought one for our main house. One of the electric motors (there are several) went out in the newest lift recliner and fortunately for us, Andrews Furniture came to the rescue and installed a new motor (which was under warranty.) Our first time shopping here. We are in the market for new quality furniture which I know Andrews has. We went through the entire showroom and not one person offered to help us or ask if we had any questions. Most everyone was standing up at the counter area which isn't helpful when we were in the far end of the store and had a question. One nice lady who was clearly getting off work quickly pointed out, on her way out the door, a couch on sale so there's that. That's why there are 2-stars instead of one. I appreciate the "no pressure" approach but this was basically the "ignore you" approach. Disappointed. Not sure we will come back for another look even though they have some good sales going on. read more

Above and Beyond. I bought two loveseats a few months back and love them. A piece broke on the electronic recliner portion, through no fault of Andrews of course. I called to get the contact information for the manufactuer so I could order a new part. Andrews said they are in England, let us just get the part and put it on next time we are in Eastland. They said they appreciated people shopping at their family owned business and would take care of this for us. Well, couple weeks later they showed up as promised with a new part and replaced the broken piece and all works great. This is greatly appreciated, and above and beyond. I have been an Andrew's customer for years. Called about my (2) recliners not supporting correctly and after several follow up calls and three weeks later, they came to look at chairs an stated that the chairs have to have a broken springs or frame to be under lifetime warrenty. However they could place more padding, but it will cost a pick-up and delivery fee on top of the padding. These recliners (2) are top-grain leather and where costly. I told them the springs are streched out and needed replaced. The repair man called the store to be told no warranty work and they will pad for a price. I would not recommend purchasing from this store anymore Good service till they have your money, then lip service afterwards. read more

They're great to deal with!! Bought a leather reclining sofa & loveseat several years ago. When we got ready to move, I called to get a refresher on how to remove backs so it would fit thru doorways. When I couldn't do it, Scott came out the same afternoon to do it for me! They've also come out to repair some scrapes under their 3 yr warranty plan. read more

On 5/3/2016 around 4pm I called the store to ask a specific question about dinette sets and this rude guy answers "Andrews service and delivery" He said it so quick that I didn't hear the first part of it. So I asked "if this was Andrews?" and barked at me in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way; "ANDREWS SERVICE AND SALES!!!". If this is the attitude of their SERVICE department then I want nothing to do with this business. This guy is an ass!! I called "Ashley Furniture" and got my questions answered and ended up buying a dinette set from them at a very fair price. This guy just lost Andrews a sale! read more

You pay a little more but if you can catch the sales, the friendly staff and quality of furniture and great delivery guys make up for the hassle you get other places as well as the low quality from a lot of the furniture chains. read more
