Probably would have lasted longer had I not slept on it for 2 years. (Due to back issues it was more comfortable than our bed at the time.) Our next piece of furniture was my recliner. Yes, my recliner. Which we still have, and am on 90% of my days and nights. It's very comfortable. although shorter in leg length than I would like. My main problem with it is: if it's not reclined all the way back, it very slowly, and with some noise; creeps back up into a more upright position. Go figure. ? We just bought our most recent piece of furniture. Our new Ashley Signature sofa. Beautiful, comfortable furniture. We both like it very well. I think it will provide a longer stay here since I am no longer sleeping on the couch.

I purchased the bulk of my furniture in this location for my move to Midland, since I own homes in both locations, I often return to this store and see what's new, see what's different than in Midland etc. Every single time I have been here I have received Outstanding Service from Nelson. He is a Sales Rep.. He walked with me, following me around with a calculator as I furnished my home, helping me stay on budget with the pieces I selected. Amazing! That's not even the best part, when I come back.. even a month later, he recognizes me by name, asks how my new house is coming and generally makes me feel welcome and important. One of the electric motors (there are several) went out in the newest lift recliner and fortunately for us, Andrews Furniture came to the rescue and installed a new motor (which was under warranty.) They have always been good from purchase and especially delivery. They are prompt, polite and professional every time. Buying locally is a big bonus for us through Andrew Furniture.

It's been splintering off wood now for two years. They come out and paint it with a pin and that's all they'll do not replace it on the sofa and loveseat. They're so wobbly. It's hard to even sit in them, they move they make all kinds of noises so if possible by your furnishing somewhere else this company is very low quality they don't reach back out to the customers as well.

Minh went to her house the same day, picked up her washer, repaired it (even though another repairman had deemed it unrepairable) and delivered it back to her! It has worked perfectly since it was repaired over a week ago. I'm so thankful that I now have an appliance repairman I can call to service all her appliances when necessary!

After being passed of by a senior sales rep. A very nice young man named Jorden helped us even though he would not have reveived a commission on the sale. I had seen a rug online, and had called the store earlier in the week, and had received less than satisfactory results by that call. Jorden said yes, the rug could be ordered and looked up the item number for me. The ladies at customer service would be better suited writing parking tickets, as one of them flatly informed me I would have to call to see the balance left on PCP. The fact that I had never used it made no difference, and they refused to call for me, the customer. Jorden again was willing to call for me, but I called, and put it on speaker to share their horrible hold music. Once my $189 balance was verified, and I thought we were good, they informed me there would be a $90 fee to deliver the rug from Lubbock to Abilene...Really? They didnt do that when we bought a rug 5 years ago! Jorden was willing to pay the delivery fee out of his pocket, as it turns out, but we do not need the rug, only wanted what we were promised. If we do return to Ashley, will only deal with him in the future, as he went well over above and beyond to retain a customer, and it is appreciated. I would give Jorden 5 stars for his integrity, but the rest of ' em can take a flying leap.

We needed them delivered in 6 weeks. Ashley texted us 2 days before telling us our delivery was still on schedule. They didn't show up in the delivery time so I texted. They replied that our delivery had been rescheduled to 3 weeks longer for the sofa and 6 weeks longer for the recliner. Customer service is handled thru an automated call center. You can't contact the store directly. Impossible to get any assistance after the sale. I texted and emailed to cancel the order. They said there's a process to do that.i said yes, I'm calling Amex to dispute and refund our money. Amex handled it. Do not do business with Ashley. Patronize your local furniture store and keep the money local.

They also carry oversized pottery vases and pots from Mexico, and I do mean oversized. They have fire chimeras, wooden bar's, wooden wardrobe closets. It's a good mix for some cool stuff.
