Cheap furniture. We got a couch and the frame broke. All I did was sit down and it just snapped. We had only had the couch for a bit over a month. They took it on Friday afternoon for repair and never called back. I finally called on Monday afternoon and they said it couldn't be fixed and they are bringing it back to me broke. If the beam was that flimsy I think t should be part of the warranty to replace it. My children could have been injured on it. And it was not jumped on. My 23lb 18 month old doesn't even know how to jump. I'm adding to this It's now been a week since it broke. I was called today and told that they have been trying to bring my broken couch back to me but no one is home. That's a big lie. I'm home all day everyday and no one has attempted to bring the couch back. I refuse to take the couch back anyway. My child could easily fall into the hole where there are exposed nails. No thanks. And they want my mom to come sign paperwork releasing the couch to them since we refuse to take it back. Well my mom's work hours are the same as the time they are open so she doesn't have time to do that. They also stated again a replacement isn't covered because the repair man said it looks like it was jumped on. They are lucky I didn't drop my 2 month old when it broke or they would be getting sued right now. I cannot believe they conduct business this way. read more

I have had nothing but trouble with Gallery Furniture! June 2015 I reported to them that my furniture that was still under one year old had a couple different problems that I needed fixed. My couch had one of the arm frames broken and the ottoman to a chair had a frame brace broken. There was also a seam on the ottoman that had come loose. They said they would pick it up. They had my furniture for three full weeks! When they brought it back the frame to the ottoman was not fixed! The seam had been super glued! The arm of the chair had been fixed but to get to it they cut a hole about three inches and then super glued it! This new hole the created is right on the front of the arm and you can not miss it! I have spoken to Shirley no less than five times and she just puts me off time after time! I have requested to speak to Mr Pierce more than once and he is always out and not available! I called today because Shirley was suppose to follow up with me three mo tha ago and hasn't so when I called she said that the secretary had "all that crap" and would not be back till tomorrow afternoon! My entire house is furnished with furniture I purchased from Gallery! I have spent a ton of money with them and they have been terrible to me and nothing but trouble! I can only speak on my personal experience but I will never buy another thing and I will never recommend them to anyone! read more
