I used this company to repair the screen on Galaxy S8. When i got there he was busy and told e instead of taking 30 mins. it would be 45 to 60 mins. instead. So went across the street for lunch. When was done so was my phone. All is well and working great. All for a good price. read more

My Samsung S9 is my lifeblood for my business. In an attempt to repair a cracked screen I purchased the parts and proceeded to make a seemingly easy fix. I was wrong. I ended up destroying the entire touchscreen assembly. I spent most of the day looking into repair places and options. The quotes I received were ridiculous with over a week of lead time. My last call was to Android Wireless and Repair. Not only did they have the part in stock Jesse the owner was willing to stay past closing to help me out. That is quite rare in these times. I'm hesitant to write this review because I don't want to hurt anyone's business but I feel like I got played. Don't get me wrong, the guys are cool and will do the job/fix your screen but I keep having touch screen problems ever since I got my screen replaced. No spills and it didn't fall. They were accommodating and did tell me to come back and replaced the first screen when there was a heavy lag. But now the current screen is having the same problem. And I'd rather not keep having them open up the phone. Even as I'm typing this review, I can't go one sentence without two or three typos. It's so inconvenient especially when I use my phone not just for texting but primarily for emails. So if it's not a screen replacement you need, def give these guys a chance but if it is, just go to a samaung or apple shop and pay the extra 30-40 bucks. This location tried repairing my IPhone . At the end of it , the phone wasn't repaired and the Touch ID stopped working when it was working previously. On top of that, he started calling me a liar and fishy and told me that I am lying that the Touch ID even worked before he started his failed repair. Horrible customer service , horrible attitude, and outright degrading behavior. read more

I got my screen replaced here and later that day my phone was getting stuck. I would click on an app but it wouldn't open. That happened daily for a week. About a week later I took it back to get it looked at it again. He looked at it and said it was a "loose wire." I left out of the building, got in my car, stuck again! Went right back in, he changed the screen. Left, got stuck again but even worse. I couldn't do anything! I couldn't even turn off my phone. I couldn't answer phone calls, nothing. I was in an area where I wasn't familiar so I couldn't use my GPS to get back to the place. Eventually it stopped tweeking and I was able to navigate the phone. Meanwhile, I went back up there, he took forever to assist me again so I left. The next day my FaceTime stopped working! I finally went ahead and took it to apple (after attempting to file a claim with my phone carrier to get a new phone because this jack*** messed up my phone)and thank god I had apple care (didn't realize that) because they repaired my phone for free. And now my phone works perfectly! This guy messes up my phone and tried to blame it on the phone. He opened it 3 times but "then maybe it's the phone (he stated when I took it back the third time)." While I was there I got another phone of mines battery replaced and needless to say it DOESN'T WORK! read more

I went here this past weekend after my best friend's daughter shattered the screen on my iPhone 6. After seeing the good reviews and the check in offer to have it fixed for only $100 I decided to take it in immediately. I was extremely happy with the service. The phone works perfectly, a fear I had had after my boyfriends screen had repaired elsewhere and didn't work right after, and the service was super quick. Only took about fifteen minutes and the people working were extremely nice. The guy's name was Jesse but I didn't catch the girls name. Worst service I have ever received. DO NOT GO HERE. I went to get my LG G2 fixed, the LCD was broken. They told me 3 different times that my phone would be done Friday, as I was leaving for 3 weeks Saturday morning. It was not done Friday, he asked me to come before my flight at 5 in the morning promising that he would be there. He was not. The phone was picked up the following Monday and it was done horribly. They represent themselves and their customer service accurately with their online responses. Also they offer a $10 credit for positive postings on yelp, which is stated on their receipts. Android wire-less & repair (Formerly known as "So Fresh") located in the plaza on Woodward and 63rd in Downers Grove, Il is the biggest scam ever!! They fixed a cracked iPhone screen for me and the screen cracked again in LESS than 24 hours without the phone dropping or anything. I CALLED him to ask about a warranty and he told me "I didn't give it to you that way" and they refused to fix it. I've been doing business with them for over 6 years. According to Apple they don't use the same quality screens that's why the repair was faulty. Run FAR FAR away from this place. They are shady and unprofessional and have changed the name a few times! I wonder why. Save yourself the heartache and let a professional do the job. I've added pictures since he felt the need to blatantly LIE in his response stating that I brought the phone into the store in 50 pieces. He never saw the extent of the damage. would give 0 stars but thats not an option. took my galaxy note here to replace the camera. before i came and as i entered the store and handed the young lady my phone it was nothing wrong with the screen except for a micro size scratch more like a tiny knick. when i came back 20 mins later to pick up my phone i noticed the screen was cracked. as i looked at the large crack i looked back up at the young lady who then turned away from me because she knew y i looked at her. i then told the repair guy who seemed cool at first that my screen is now cracked and it wasnt in that condition when i left the phone. i also had a witness with me to co side. i tried to explain to this guy that there was a tiny knick on the screen but not a big fuckin crack in the screen from top to bottom. a crack n scratch r 2 diff things! he keot arguing that he didnt and tried to reverse the story about the knick already bein there but im talking about the very noticable crack!!! meanwhile his coworker isnt sayin a thing! they both know he cracked my screen. the guy also stated that hes cracked plenty of phones and replaced them at his fault! big red flagright there!! so u break paying ppeoples phones all the time??!! yeah so y wont u fix mines that u broke. just admitt it stop wasting both our times. in the end nothing is resolved im left with a cracked screen. please do not go there!!! spend ur cash some where else. if i wouldve read the negative reviews b4 hand i would have never went there! but if u like ur shit being broken after service this is the place 4 u. im getting upset as im writing this because im gkaring at a huge crack on my phone as we speak. read more
