Once I got the computer home, it crashed once the game was being played and they said they did everything they could and I was out of luck. I decided months later to see Adam at nerd rangers. He was very thorough in gaining background on the issue. He asked me whether the other repair shop tried to run the actual game? I was not sure so he went ahead and loaded Fortnite and said he would do his best to replicate the issue. Later that day he reached out to let me know that he believes he found the reason the game crashed (as it did for him) and he felt confident that he fixed the issue. He is friendly. HE is VERY knowledgable. He removed the center monitor from my three screen set up. He replaced it with a new top of the line Lenovo with windows 11, a built in webcam, etc. He loaded Windows 11, reconfigures the three monitor setup. He cheked it all out to ensure everything was working perfectly. We said goodbye and he went his way. Then...the next day he sent me an eMail just to confirm that everything was still working 100%--(which is was, and still is). Whenever I need onsite tech services I never consider calling anyone other than My Computer Guy. Doesn't that sound like a seven on the five-point scale? Yeah, I thought so too.
