HORRIBLE SVC DEPT AND SVC EXPERIENCE! I had the worst experience with this dealership. Don't buy a car from them, but if you do TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET IT SERVICED! I purchased a brand new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve less than a year ago. I called at 20K miles to schedule an oil change and get the tires rotated. The car was also making a strange wobbling sound so I asked them to take a look. I got a call that afternoon from Corey. The entire time he was condescending and I felt like I was being talked down to. He started out questioning whether I had gotten an oil change before, because he checked CarFax to see if I had gotten an oil change and I hadn't. He went through all of that "effort" when all he had to do was look at the sticker in the window. I told him I got the oil changed at the recommended 10k miles. He says oh because the tech says you have a bulging oil filter and that happens when you don't get an oil change. This car has every warranty under the moon. If the car has a bulging oil filter I'm sure it was covered. They didn't fix it, didn't offer to fix it. I looked it up and apparently this is a major issue that indicates an issue with the car. I have no doubt this will come up conveniently once the car is out of warranty and I have to pay for it. He goes on to ask me if I had gotten the tires rotated. I told him I was bringing it in at 20K miles as required to get the tires rotated (that is the standard per my normal tire dealer). He says oh, well we recommend 10K miles and so the tires are bulging because you didn't get them rotated. I have had no less than 10 cars in my lifetime. I have never had or bought a brand new set of tires that were bulging after 20K miles under any circumstances. He then goes on to say they're not under warranty but you're in luck! We have a special right now - buy 3 tires and get 1 free. I asked why would I buy a set of brand new tires from them when I bought a brand new car less than a year ago with tires that have gone bad and I have to replace. RIDICULOUS!!! I then asked if the car was safe to drive. He said oh yes, it's fine, you'll just continue to hear that noise. I said ok I'll get the tires replaced eventually but not from there, just do the oil change and rotate the tires. This was around 3:30. He says ok ma'am we'll get that done and get your car ready for pickup. It should take about an hour We'll call you when it's done. After not hearing from them I call at 5:55. Someone else answers the phone (she was quite nice) and says yes the oil change is done but it says you need new tires. I said Corey told me the tires were ok and I told her I wasn't going to buy new tires from them after a set of "new tires" somehow went bad in less than a year. She asks, are you declining the tires. I said yes, not knowing or having been informed that something was now seriously wrong with the tires and needed to be replaced. I pick up the car after the lot closed and the tire pressure light is going off with a bright red inflate tire indicator. The tire pressure was at 30, when it was supposed to be at 36. All of the other tires are fine. At this point I'm LIVID because I took tires in at the proper levels, Corey said they were fine, and now one of them is not inflated properly. So now I'm questioning why they would rotate my tires and then leave one with a tire pressure significantly lower than the others. I take the car down the street to inflate the tire and I get the error message. It will not inflate past 33! So now I have to take my car in somewhere else tomorrow, likely to replace a tire that they likely damaged after being told the tires were good. Corey also tells I have 2 free oil changes and 2 free tire rotations that I could use but they have to be used in the first 2 years. I said oh it would have been nice to know that when I purchased the car. His tone was then oh well shame on you for not using them and it will expire after 2 years. Please save your trouble. Go to an honest dealership and definitely DO NOT take your car there to be serviced. read more

I took my truck in for recall and oil change. Had an appointment for 7:30 and at 3:30 still hadn't heard back so I called to check. Was told that it was done except for some "non-safety related" recalls that would require them to keep my truck until the next morning. I declined because I needed my truck back asap. At 4:35, I got the call that the truck was ready. Picked it up with no issues. The following morning, there was this message on the dash: Max Engine Oil Level Exceeded Immediate Service Required I took my truck back to the service department and was initially told that they would drain a little oil out and reset the alert. A short while later was told that they would do a complete oil change. I was expecting a quick turnaround since this was their screw up and I should be top priority. No, not the case. It took them 2 hours to change the oil. I no longer have any confidence that they know what they are doing. read more

I'm giving two stars because the guy who checked me out was very nice. Just going to state some facts here. Came in for an oil change. Had an appointment at 7:50 am. Took 2.5 hours to change my oil. The techs deflated my tires to 33lbs. The sticker on the door says they should be at 37. (I remember being excited about that getting fixed hopefully because they'd been at 34/35/36 depending on which tire it was). When I replaced my air filter two days later, I found that the screws that are supposed to be screwed in to hold the cover in place were definitely NOT screwed back in. I bought the vehicle on October 23, 2025, and picked it up on November 9, 2025, at 8:30 AM. I traveled from Syracuse, NY, to Indianapolis specifically to acquire this Gladiator. Upon my arrival, I was handed the paperwork and keys without any review or discussion regarding the details of the sale. Unfortunately, I did not see the window sticker until after returning home and reviewing my paperwork. It was then that I discovered I had been charged $1,000 over the sticker price. When I contacted them about this discrepancy I was transferred all over the dealership eventually to Bob a Sales Manager and he said he could not help me and I would have to speak to Jason Delapaz who never returned my call. The first issue occurred the day of purchase. Shout out to Mr. Jackson Brown. This young professional demonstrates exemplary behavior and treats customers with kindness and respect. However, I would like to gently point out that the vehicle pricing listed was not accurate. Regardless of the listed price, I was clear about what I was looking for. I suggest this as a caution to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from that location. Their official website indicates no-haggle pricing on certain vehicles, but the prices listed there may differ from the amount at the dealership and appears they do not match. The vehicle I purchased was promoted online with a no-haggle price of $22,100 and was lowered twice, which initially sounded appealing. I recommend paying close attention to the paperwork before leaving with the vehicle, as the listed price on the paperwork may be higher than the online listing for a vehicle titled no haggle. Mine was over $22,100 for the vehicle sale price on paper by an extra grand and some change they slapped on there without me paying attention. So it would appear I paid the price before they lowered the cost. Again that's them trying to get you in the door promise you a no haggle price just to steal your time and hard earned money. I was just happy in my own world to own another Jeep. After all there fee's and GAP the final price was $33,000 more/less. I was somewhat caught off guard by this, and I noticed that the paperwork process was handled quickly, which made it easy to overlook these details. When I raised this concern afterwards, I received a response via text on the issue I was having suggesting that the selling price was higher than the no haggle price listed on their official website and was told basically oh well you signed the contact for that price. The message received was very passive aggressive. I share this experience so that others can be better informed and cautious. Please be aware that the list price at the end of the transaction may be higher than what is listed on the official website before all the extra fees are added. They robbed me for over 1k. First off, I walked in the door with a set time to be there and stood at the front door for over 5 minutes and finally got with a salesman other than the one I dealt with on the phone and drove the Jeep gladiator that I was interested in and the so called ( no haggle price) there was 2000 Dollars added on for zeibart, that should be a choice, not a add on, I was really grounded how the salespeople acted towards me, so do not go to Andy mohr for anything, they will try to rip you off before you even look, just run away, I'm serious, just run!!!!! read more

Bought a truck here last year and they called to see if I needed anything on the anniversary. That was hilarious to me because they didn't care at all what I needed when I initially made my purchase. Ugh. So, the vehicle was supposed to be ready today. We were not fussed either way, as we have. Suitable rental. They contacted us at 5pm, to say it was ready, save for a piece that was ordered incorrectly,but we could come back in for that. The salesman was very nice, the finance manager was incredibly nice. The general manager today literally threw my keys to my old car across the desk at me. We were having a discussion about a pricing issue. I never raise my voice, I never used foul language, I simply offered to return the car I purchased yesterday, and take my own car back... Using the terms "no harm no foul". The issue was all based on a misunderstanding about pricing. I felt sorry for the other employee that was in the room with us. He looked like he wanted to crawl under a rock. Never been treated like that in my life. read more

This place is lucky 0 stars isn't an option. They have to be the worst dealership I've ever had to deal with. I turned in a leased vehicle over 3.5 months ago and they have never done their professional responsibility and grounded the vehicle with the bank. Therefore I was continued to be charged by the bank for a lease I no longer had. When I attempted to reach out to the dealership to figure out what was going on, I forced to leave multiple voicemails that were not returned. When I begged the front desk lady to let me speak with someone she told me the manager wouldn't speak with me until his other manager was with him..... I contacted the dealership about a 2024 Ram 3500 I was very interested in. I worked with a person by the name of Alena Lee. She informed me that the truck was still available. Due to my schedule, I was not able to visit the dealership for a couple of days. On the day I went to the dealership, I contacted Alena again to let her know I was on my way and to verify the truck was still available, as it was about a 2 hour drive. She informed me it was still available. She also told me to ask for Jordon when I got to the dealership. Upon arrival, I asked for Jordon. He began by confirming what I was looking for in a truck. When I told him I was after a specific truck his response was "i know but that truck is not available". Apparently it was sitting in their service area for quite some time waiting on a part. He then proceeded to try and show me some other trucks that were close to what I was after, or doing a dealer trade. Jordon was very professional and very nice. I am not sure what kind of bait and switch scam they have going at this dealership, but I will walk everywhere before I would buy a vehicle from them. I was unsure if it was the right time to buy a car and he talked me through everything and got me the price I was looking for, sent me pictures of new jeeps on the lot right when they came in, and overall made my whole experience easy, fun, exciting and awesome. If I could give 0 stars I would. I really didn't want to leave this review but after reaching out about speaking with a manager to resolve my issues and no one responding this is what you get. My fiancé and I purchased a pre owned Jeep 4 weeks ago. When purchased we were told we could bring it back and get it "certified". It took 2 weeks for someone to tell us how to go about this, once we maid an apt we were told 4/5 hours. 4 days later our car was done. We picked up the car and drove home to get a call 1 hour later for us to come back and REDO our entire loan paperwork because it had been lost. We then asked what do you get when your car is "certified" and we were told they didn't have any info but they would e mail it to us. 4 days later and 4 phone calls later we have yet to receive that e mail. Every time we have been to the dealership we wait FOREVER and no one seems to have any clue what is going on and getting someone to call/email you back is damn near impossible. Idc if they gave me a car I would never buy anything from this dealership again nor recommend it to anyone. read more
