    Penske Honda has always been a great place for auto repair and express service. I came here for an oil change and to have my tires checked since my tire pressure light came on. Brad, the service man, greeted me and took my car, and I went to the waiting area for my car. The waiting room is very nice with plenty of space to work on my laptop and TV'S as well. They have complimentary coffee and tea, as well as water. There are vending machines as well for snacks and other beverages. After an hour, my name was called over the intercom to come to the service area. Brad told me I needed new wiper blades and I was going to need new tires and an alignment very soon. I did not get the tires and alignment since I hardly drive my car that much and I only had 11,000 miles on it. I did get the wiper blades replaced. I then went back to the waiting room After 20 minutes, my name was called again and my car service was completed. I had my oil change and tires rotated with pressure checked and everything. Brad took good care of me and explained everything to me in good detail, and showed me the status of other areas of my engine and car. I checked out and picked up my car and was on my way. The staff at Penske Honda do a very good job going over your car and making sure everything is in tip top shape. I've never had an issue with the repairs or the service at Penske Honda, so I highly recommend the express service because it is worth it! Penske Honda takes care of your car and treats the customers with care and respect!

    I got my 2012 Honda CR-V April of 2022. Before I bought the car the TPMS light was on. They said they would fix it and to this day (01/16/2023) the TPMS light is still on..never went off. Back in October of 2022 I brought in my car because the battery kept dying. (They 100% knew the battery was old) They told me that the remote start that was installed by a previous owner was drawing power out of the battery even when it's not being used (because remote start never worked). They disconnected it. They told me the battery was old. They "replaced it". They looked at a couple other things that were wrong with the car and "corrected it". At this same visit I mentioned that there is a loud clicking/groaning sound coming from under the car more on the passenger side. They said they would take a look at it. When he came back he stated that it didn't make the sound while they had it, so there's no cause for concern. At this point I have a new battery, recently got my oil changed, and apparently everything has been corrected. Today, I attempted to leave work and as I'm pulling into the roundabout my car stops accelerating altogether. I can push the gas pedal all the way to the floor, but there is no movement. My brake pedal is completely locked. I bring my car as far over out of the round about as I can with the little power it has left and I turn the car off. I attempt to turn it back on and it sounds terrible. It absolutely will not turn over. I end up having to call a tow truck to get it towed to the dealership that was still open. I explain to them that I've been fighting with them over the issues with this car for almost a year and that now that my engine is blown I need a reliable vehicle to take me to and from work. I have a trip to Florida on Friday that I was supposed to drive to and now it's not looking so good with everything already booked. They tell me they have no loaner cars and there's absolutely nothing they can do besides take a look at it. If you take into consideration that the car won't start, every light on the dashboard is lit up, and I've been complaining about the car forever...it's way past the point of "taking a look at". They've given me nothing but stress and more to worry about. They've been unresponsive, not heartfelt at all and please don't expect them to take accountability for anything. If you can, do not go to this dealership. If you're on 96th street there are many others to choose from with a better reliability rate. They're also not as shady as Penske has proven to be.

I stopped in because my radio had gone out along with my ability to charge my phone. I'd had a handful of people suggest getting my fuses checked as everything else electrical seemed fine. While I can obviously accept there are limits to how much "service" a retail outlet can offer, it seems weird to me that a place that replaces batteries, checks engine lights, replaces windshield wipers and offers more hands-on services makes a point of saying they can't assist with testing a fuse. Instead, this wheelchair using driver had to climb out of my wheelchair, lean over, and try to manipulate the ridiculously fine tester that they'd sold me. Fortunately, someone drove by and offered a bit of assistance as my hands just aren't made for that kind of fine motor skill work. To their credit, I will say they at least looked and could tell which fuse kit/tester I needed. So, hey, that's a plus. I don't know. I'd always heard high praise for AutoZone's helpfulness. Personally, it felt like more of a "can't do" than a "can do." Awful? Nope. The employee was friendly and did at least, I think, sell me the correct kit (hard to tell as the problem was not solved). Again, I'd say this was more of a "meh" experience than a bad one, however, I can easily say I won't be back.

After buying them, I attempted to install them in your parking lot, but was unsuccessful, even after a fairly thorough online search. I then asked a manager named Danny, a young Hispanic woman, if she could help. She was very kind and professional, and spent about 15 or 20 minutes trying to do it, including looking at an instructional video online. She did not find the tool that she needed to get the panel open, but she went far above and beyond the call of duty, and was very friendly the whole time. I greatly appreciated that excellent service, and I will continue to make AutoZone my first choice whenever I need anything auto related.

Well she ended up storming off I am assuming to go get the manager, since like 3 minutes later he was in the office telling me their was nothing he could do because he couldn't take the keys away from the other guy, but yet that is what was done to me. These guys dont care about you just about getting a sale and their commission im assuming. Im sorry it took me 120 seconds to say yes I wanted to buy it. What a classless establishment, I wouldn't do business with them. Just left an overall bad taste in my mouth.

    Buyer Beware - Disrespectful Treatment & No Accountability…read more I purchased a 2018 Kia Stinger on November 1, 2025 for $13,000. On January 10, 2026--just over two months later--the engine completely failed, requiring a $7,500 engine replacement. When I contacted Kostas, the sales manager, the interaction was extremely disappointing. He told me that "2.5 months is a long time for a used vehicle," as if a catastrophic engine failure shortly after purchase was normal. He spoke to me in a demeaning manner and made me feel as though I didn't understand the situation. The only solutions offered were $1,000 toward repairs or $5,000 toward another vehicle from their dealership. After being treated so poorly and seeing the lack of accountability, I had no trust left in this dealership. I ultimately took the vehicle elsewhere and was offered $5,000 by another dealership, without the disrespect. What truly crossed the line was being threatened with defamation for leaving a negative review. That behavior is inappropriate and unprofessional--especially when everything stated here is factual. As a woman, I felt dismissed, talked down to, and disrespected. This dealership does not stand behind the vehicles they sell and responds to serious concerns with intimidation rather than responsibility. I would never recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
