So they were hired to exterminate mice, remove old and install new insalation. They didnt cover any of my things in house so everything was covered in dust, mouse poop n insulation. A complete rip off. Service requested, rodent control. This is the service we received for $800 to supposedly rid our house of mice: about 4 hours of work to seal the house, deployment of a $12.00 packet of standard mouse traps with a few drops from a $11.00 bottle of bait, plus, supposedly, ongoing support. Four months later, the house is not sealed. We are still getting mice and mouse shit in the house and the TN rep disappeared after the second service. We've used them for years but unfortunately the past couple of years they've gone downhill. We pay for a service and there is never a follow through. The new exterminator that has been treating our home for the past year always says he will call us back for a follow up but never does, I'm tired of tracking him down to come and check the traps when we pay for a service. I just saw a mouse run across my kitchen. It's supposed to be sealed in the crawl space that we paid for. Thousands of dollars we have paid and never a completed job. I had a guy come out yesterday to address a mice problem I am having. I live in Doney Park and just moved here two months ago from Oregon. He arrived and started looking, checked all rooms and then the attic. He didn't even go into the attic. His determination was that I had a mouse infestation or there had been a very bad in the attic one at some time. He didn't even go into the attic, just stood on the top of the ladder and looked and said he could see A LOT of tunnels. I mentioned that I had just moved here two months ago and my stuff had been in storage for several months. I got the bid for sealing any holes, trapping, removing the insulation and to sanitize and then replacing the insulation. He used a lot of scare tactics such as throwing around the hanata virus many times. The bid was for $8,900!!! Not only was I scared thinking that I could get sick and then shocked at what it was going to cost. This morning I had Freddie at Conn come out and do the same thing. He went into the attic and said I see no droppings or sign of mice. He checked my house and said it was sealed up tight. He thought I probably brought them in the house with my items from storage. He told me I was doing the right thing with setting my traps and thought that I was near the end of the problem. He showed me how to correctly set my traps as I had been setting them wrong! The Truly Nolan guy didn't catch that and I didn't know! I would not waste my time with Truly Nolan, call Conn first. Their technician is awesome and very kind and knowledgeable as is the phone staff. I also called Coconino Pest and the woman that answers the phone is extremely rude. We used this company on our rental home for a mouse infestation, and they did very sloppy work and charged way too much for it. For example they said they would need to have a contractor put a custom door over the open entry point to the crawlspace that was located on the outside of the house. After about two weeks a couple guys came who were their employees not contractors. Instead of building a custom door as they had promised, they simply attached a square piece of wire over the opening. I used to work in construction and this was no more than $10 worth of material and I watched them take about 30 minutes to complete. We were charged over $500 just for this work alone separate from everything else and the yearly contract. They lied about a contractor coming and building a door. I ended up having to seal off several smaller areas on the house myself where the mice kept getting in that they missed. They leave you responsible for catching the mice once the house is sealed. The yearly contract price was outrageous for what they actually ended up doing. read more

It's has been our big mistake to take this company to protect our house. It is over charge to begin with and under quality. The termites were starting from my garage and after three years of treatment, my whole full of termites. Avoid this company it done nothing to protect our house but just to collect the warrantee payment from us. read more
