There was a glob of wax on one of my interior doors and visible wax residue on my outside door handles. My windshield was also left streaky. No big deal; I wiped it off myself, but for the $53 package I'd hoped they'd pay more attention to detail. More concerning, I noticed that my passenger-side floor mat was missing when I got into my car after the wash. I purchased my car new and it originally had a full set of distinct rubber mats. When I brought it up to the gentlemen who let me back into my car, I was told only three mats were removed during cleaning, but I know there were four. I didn't raise this with a manager at the time, which I regret, but I wanted to share my experience so others can double-check their vehicles before leaving. Overall, decent cleaning in some areas, but attention to detail and accountability could be improved. If you go here, I urge you to take your items out of your car and take photos of your mats or anything that can be removed.

She did not drive into the ramp right. Plus the gal at the entrance warned us to be careful of her -- she said that the woman told her she was claustrophobic and had never taken a car thru a car wash(!). The drive through was quick and easy and an attendant guided us through. Included with any purchase was the use of the bays, which is located after the wash. Each bay has a very powerful vacuum, towels, air compressor, fragrance sprayer and windshield cleaner - all at no extra cost! The location was very clean and tidy, which only made the experience great. I would recommend that they need some entrance signage on the busy street as I drove by without necessarily knowing it was there.
