The car definitely looked better overall when I left. However, there were a few issues that were disappointing. There was a glob of wax on one of my interior doors and visible wax residue on my outside door handles. My windshield was also left streaky. No big deal; I wiped it off myself, but for the $53 package I'd hoped they'd pay more attention to detail. More concerning, I noticed that my passenger-side floor mat was missing when I got into my car after the wash. I purchased my car new and it originally had a full set of distinct rubber mats. When I brought it up to the gentlemen who let me back into my car, I was told only three mats were removed during cleaning, but I know there were four. I didn't raise this with a manager at the time, which I regret, but I wanted to share my experience so others can double-check their vehicles before leaving. Overall, decent cleaning in some areas, but attention to detail and accountability could be improved. If you go here, I urge you to take your items out of your car and take photos of your mats or anything that can be removed.

I asked what I owed him and he told me $49 and explained why. I payed him $75 which I believe should be a minimum charge for visiting me at work and completing job outside. Highly recommended!
