I brought it to Palm Beach Ceramics and Bruce gave me a price and said the would do a paint correction and a multi year ceramic coating and it would look great again. Well nothing better than coming through on a promise. It looked as good as the day I washed it for the first time. This time was a much more extensive and difficult repair - and the results were virtually PERFECT! I have a 2022 Mazda Miata RF GT in Soul Red - a VERY hard color to match - and both times I've dealt with one of the two owners - Tim - who matched the bumper cover, hood, and fenders beautifully - it was very difficult to tell that the car was ever damaged. Just as importantly, my dealings with the owners (mostly with Tim, but sometimes his partner Dan) were exceptional - Tim kept me posted of the progress, went out of his way to get new, OEM parts for the car with the insurance company appraiser when he thought that aftermarket parts wouldn't look good enough - and even helped with the return of the car rental, so that I could leave it there, and the rental company picked it up. This is a CLASS OPERATION - you can see all of the Porsches, Mercedes, and other luxury and sports cars that they work on - and I'd recommend them in a heartbeat! Rob C.

Justin was referred to me by a mutual friend. So I took my car to his shop. I was greeted by Justin and explained to him the problem I was having with my Subaru. I was in somewhat of a rush so he took the time to get me in quickly and take a look at my car while I waited. He diagnosed the problem and proposed a very inexpensive solution. This is the point where a lot of shops would have tried to talk you into doing unnecessary expensive work. However, Justin is completely honest. Fortunately, my issue and the fix were both fairly simple. Let's be serious. Finding an honest mechanic is about as common as finding good gas station sushi. They just don't exist. If I ever have a more serious issue with my car (which hopefully I won't), I am going straight to Palm Beach Auto Care. I was very impressed with their honesty and apparent level of expertise. There is an enterprise on site in the mornings and I was able to get special A1 pricing ($25-$30) for the day, which I found extremely convenient since I had nobody to help me or pick me up. They did offer to drop me off at my house (@ no cost) but getting a rental was so convenient that I ended up taking that route. Picked up my car and not only was it squeaky clean but the repairs were perfect. Highly recommended.

I paid for the Ultimate and they were here less than 2 hours. My car still had water spots on it, the carpets are still dirty, I took one of the mats out and cleaned it myself, and the water was filthy. The carpets are still dirty, dirty in the corners and sides of the seats, The seats still have stains on them. The headliner still has marks on it. Marks that could easily be removed. They claim it is permanently stained, but I could rub it clean with my hand. Very unhappy with the job but Pressa refused to clean any further. When I called Premier, as they say 100% Customer Satisfaction on their website, they stopped answering my calls. No response to my complaints at all. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They are RIP OFFS!!!!!all
