Reached out to Joe to schedule an appointment. Was able to get something for the following week. He just finished my car today and all I gotta say is WOW the car looks amazing. I opted for the All American Wash as it wasn't too dirty and the price was right. He took care of both interior and exterior but also got into a lot of small areas where most people don't. He also got my rims looking brand new which is pretty hard to do because my car gets a lot of brake dust that builds up on them. We spoke a bit more about his other services which I will be using in the future(he does it all). I just spoke to Joe; called for a quote on my SUV. I'm having it shipped across country and wanted to take care of some spots that it gathered, and possibly do a protective wax for the transport - I honestly wasn't sure if this was a waste of effort and money to do before transport or a protective effort that would be worth the investment. He was forthcoming in telling me that it would be a waste of money for me to do it before transport. And that I would likely have to do it again once it arrived to n the West Coast. He was friendly and took the time to explain the pros and cons of doing it before or after. He encouraged me to save my money and do it after transport on the west coast. I really appreciate that. Joe really is very thorough even getting into crack and crevices that even though my mini-van has been serviced many times by other vendors have never been cleaned. Joey confirmed the appointment in the morning and about two hours before the Appointment decided to cancel. I was unable to find another person.
