Scheduled my truck for repairs to left front tire. After leaving the owner thought my right front tire side needed repairs and decided to move forward to address what he thought was most needed without contacting me at all. I arrived and shocked at what he did by working on the tire that I didn't schedule, however paid $490 and $20 cash tip for services done to my truck. I pulled out and heard the same grinding thinking it would fade possibly. It didn't. I pulled back in his driveway and asked him to hop in and go for a ride. He proceeded to tell me the driveline was the next think that needed attention and before winter that my brakes weren't the issue. We traded seats so he could drive and hear and feel what I was concerned about. He continued to tell me it was not important. After leaving I drove home which was only a mile away and my brake caliper ceased up on the left side which was the side I scheduled for repair that didn't get done. I called several times leaving messages. When I finally got through after walking to work for a week waiting for my next pay check because I was then looking at another $750 in brake repair. I asked him what he would do in this situation after spending nearly $1300 dollars in a week when had he fixed the initial scheduled problem. He proceeded to tell me he fixed what he believed to be dangerous. He didn't offer any kind of apology or anything. I would not ever recommend this business to anyone!! I am shocked at his lack of care for services rendered to a paying customer and not caring what happens as a result of what he thinks doesn't apparently matter.
