Cashier needs to be a little more welcoming. The guy that operates the car machine, needs to be a little more friendly, vs just yelling "in neutral", "foot off the brake", "turn your wheel." Stopped by this establishment to inquire car washing services for my business fleet. The lady in the office was extremely rude and when I asked for the owner, she presented herself to be such. It's extremely disheartening that this is the level of customer service that we have come to accept in our community. Though I did not get car wash service from them I will not return based on this interaction. I hope they do better in the future. read more

Good car wash. I usually go in the morning around 9a to avoid the rush - and it DOES get crowded. Normally I get the $13 wash which includes everything + tire glaze. The vac is DIY. For a couple bucks more, a member of the staff will do it for you. Typical carwash beyond that, including machine blow dry followed by a hand dry by a couple of the staff. On the plus side: They actually kneel down and wipe clean (or relatively) the residual road grime and brake dust residue off the rims that the wash cycle missed. That's a rarity. I cannot tell you how super annoying it is to go to a "carwash" that ignores the rims like they're not part of the car, or par-cleans them. I'm deducting a star for the following reason however: They close the entire carwash for lunch. Yup, you read correctly. For the first time ever I went there today around noon - and there was a handwritten sign up that said they were closed until 12:45p. WTF?? Looking at my watch - which reads - 12:13p. A young lady I asked who was standing nearby and appeared to work there stated, "been that way for about a year" when I asked how long this has been the policy. I'm all for the staff eating lunch, of course... but ALL AT THE SAME TIME??! Why wouldn't lunch leave be staggered among them? Is this a car wash or a dental/medical practice?? Needless to say, I left and went elsewhere and got the job done as a long line had resulted from the uhm... "lunch closure." Oh, and when they close - they close. The owner's wife left me standing at the door knocking one time after I arrived literally one minute past their posted closing time, lol. Didn't even look up to see who was knocking, but I could see her. I could have been the fire marshal telling her the building was about to explode from a gas leak for all she cared, lol. Overall, good value as per the prices and the cleaning of the rims...but beware the lunch sabbatical. read more

Did the 22 package before the snow and my inside was still dirty and my back windows still had fingerprints. Today I went in and got the 16 dollar package and I had to ask them to re wipe the front grill and it still looks a mess. I happened to go to my trunk and notice a lot of salt streaks. I'm not for sure if my expectations are too high but my car is super small and I thought maybe the higher the package the better the quality but that was false. I really want to like this place but every time I've came here I have to come back to fix something that could've been avoided in the first place. read more

Amazing customer service. They truly work hard and give a great car wash. Everyone is very friendly!

The interior washers turned on my automatic windshield washers so when I went thru the wash they came on. They were turned on the max and broke. I spoke with both Andy the older gentleman and a lady. Neither wanted to replace and repair the damages made! Claiming they checked the wipers before it enters the wash! Never going back read more

I've been going to Andy's car wash for years but within the last year they've been doing a crapy job. When I leave my car still looks like I need to wash it. Please don't go when there getting ready for lunch you can forget getting a good job. I've had to redo my car after paying them 15.00 because my car is still dirty. Come on I'm trying to support neighborhood businesses but if this is what I'm going to get I'm going to Waldorf where there's always someone ready to wipe down a car after you pay them. read more

This was my first visit at this location. However, I'm most certain it was my last. After a extremly long line I was ready to leave. That's not the case at all. There was no turn around once you enter, except for going thorough the wash. So it like an "obligation" or as if you are being "forced" to buy a car wash. Not only that, my car wasn't clean after the fact. Poor service, never going again. read more

A fast & efficient black owned brushless car wash that takes pride in their work. Prices are reasonable and I appreciate that 14 people don't jump on your vehicle with exposed zippers and belt buckles to complete the drying process like other car washes in the area! They offer a military discount and over the years they've washed multiple luxury vehicles I've owned in between hand washes with no scratches or paint issues! I'd appreciate a multi-wash discount card or program for long-time customers like myself! Keep up the great service Andy's! read more

In only giving one star b/c I have to select one to post a review. Stopped by today for a car wash, found out it's self vacuum only now. I gave the stupid woman behind the counter $20 for a $13 car wash. I realized she gave me the wrong change after I vacuum my car. I went into explain to her she short changed me. She didn't even listen to me, explaining the only reason I would get $2 off is if I had a military discount???? I explained to her I only got $2 and some change back from my $20 no discount. Idiot ask for a discount. She said I need to give her back the exact change she gave me. I said I dumped it in my purse. I can grab what ever I'm in the bottom and show her. She said she can't refund my $$ b/c I don't know the exact change I was given. I told her regardless please explain to me how I get $2 and loose change back from a $20 bill. There was 3 customers that came thru ,she oriented she didn't remember the transaction. She refused to give me my correct change. I paid $20 to vacuum my own car. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! At least hire proper people that pretend to listen to the customer and not accuse customer of lying when you only have 3 customer at that time. read more
