In about the most condescending way possible I don't think i have ever been that disrespected when I have made the mistake of forgetting my ID. As a 27 year old I have done it a handful of times and will probably do it many more in my life time. i understand not selling us the alchol. I need to remember my ID. And the jerk cashier yelled at me and was unbelievably rude, he said he couldn't sell to us which I TOTALLY get, rules are rules and I didn't know, but literally raising your voice and freaking at costumers for not knowing something is disgusting and unacceptable. We were immediately apologetic, all I was "really? Shit I'm sorry I didn't realize..." while they started to yell at me and be rude to the person I was with. They could've explained that they can't sell to anyone when there's a minor present and we had to leave in a calm collected manner, instead of literally yelling and freaking out at me so badly I ended up practically running out of the store shaking. They acted as though they caught me trying to steal a 200$ bottle of liquor, they made me feel like a despicable criminal, for not knowing a rule. Absolutely sickening and disgusting, no one I know will ever be going to Andy's liquor ever again. Unprofessional, rude, and absolutely unacceptable.
