First let's start off with saying that this is a food truck in a food truck yard and there's outdoor seating ONLY. We came and order some dinners with some friends and we noticed that the line wasn't very long so we didn't anticipate a very long wait. But it was also 20 degrees at night so we decided to wait in the car. He told us he will call us when the food is ready or text us. So..... One hour and 30 minutes goes by... and NO FOOD. We kept checking in and he kept giving us the runaround and he won't give us a refund so we kept waiting... but we were very frustrated and "hangry" at this point. When we finally got the food we found out that he gave our food to someone else. We figured it out. Because he messed up our phone number. There is only ONE person working.
