They sold me a car without a working emergency key and just a generic fob programed to the car. I don't know what car the key they gave me is for, but it's not for the car I bought. I find this 3 days after purchase and receiving, after which, the car is already 2 days late from when they said they'd ship it. I've contacted them 5 times over two weeks and they don't call back to resolve the key issue. During all of this, I now find the backup camera stops working. Something they said they replaced for me. Again, called them, emailed them. They don't ever call back or acknowledge these problems. But rest assured, the AI chat bot on their website says they'll make this "high priority" and get back to me. It's been two weeks and no one has called or e-mailed. Nothing but a scam these people. They are apparently okay with having a 16 year old girl stuck on the side of the road, in 30 degree weather, without a way to get into her car to manually start it and get home. Wish I could give them a 0 star, but 1 is the lowest I can give. read more

I took my car to Eugen's after getting a very questionable quote from another shop outside of Center City. I needed to get an inspection completed and the prior shop gave me a laundry list of repairs for an obscene amount of money. Eugene runs the shop and greeted me as I entered. Incredibly friendly and honest as he took the list from the previous shop, reviewed it with his mechanics, and then put it up on the lift to check out those exact parts. He confirmed that there was no additional work my car needed and said the other shop had been trying to rip me off. He then was able to pass my car and got my inspection completed with no additional work needed! This was such a huge relief after having to deal with the dishonesty of the other shop. Eugen reassured me that I could bring my car back anytime and I will certainly be returning for any kind of future work. Sold me a lemon. The "check engine" light had been disabled so I had no clue it was on until I went to get it inspected the next year. He hurried to pass it in September of 2015, never telling my why the light was "on" in the first place. Same thing happened this year and he would not pass it or tell me what was wrong. Eugen's only advise was to go to AutoZone for a full diagnostic. Took the to AutoZone they told me the cam senor needed to replaced. Fine, those are cheap. However after having a full diagnostic done, the auto shop advised me to file a lawsuit because there is no way that the car could have been in legally sellable condition at the time of purchase in September 2014. I was also inform that the miles had been reset on the odometer. This, of course, is also against the law. Now I'm stuck paying a car note on a car that I have to fix something one each month. Every time I get a part replaced, the mechanics are in awe at the advance of the original parts of the car. I'm very disappointed and would like the car replaced with a car of my choice or a full refund of my down payments and all payments made since. I'll be pursuing legal action. read more

Especially if you are a woman with her son who is buying his first car.
