I was…read morelucky enough to find and book Ryan several years ago via social media; however, due to the pandemic and several rescheduled wedding dates, we weren't able to get married until September 16, 2021. Thankfully, Ryan was always willing to work with us and accommodate our numerous rescheduled wedding dates.  Leading up to our wedding day, Ryan was very responsive and would even check in on us to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns. My husband and I feel that we can be pretty awkward when it comes to taking photos or videos, especially with each other, but Ryan made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process and even walked us through what to do for making special moments in our highlight video and pictures for our photographers.  Oh my goodness, we absolutely LOVE all of our videos, especially our highlight video!!! It is beyond amazing and better than we could have ever expected. He made our day so special and now we have the best highlight clip and videos, allowing us to relive that day all over again!  We cannot thank Ryan enough for everything he did for us--rescheduling with us multiple times because of COVID, being so easy to work with, capturing all of our special moments, and I think even staying later than he was supposed to so he could get all of the speeches. We received all of our videos from Ryan via DropBox a couple of weeks ahead of schedule, which was so wonderful because we were able to watch with family and friends over the holidays! They were recommended to us from our wedding coordinator (Tina from food for soul) and these cute Flipbooks were so much fun! All our guests had a ton of fun and it was so unique. Everyone we worked with from the person who created our custom covers to the staff helping our guests and putting the books together were so great. The owner especially was so responsive over email. After inquiring with several photographers, I decided to go with them because I loved the way they used light to capture the beauty of the people and beautiful scenery. Wow, am I glad I chose them. From the start, they were amazing to work with. I was not sure what location(s) I wanted to take photos at and Bri provided several options and sample photos that they took at each location so that I could make an informed decision about where I wanted to take the pictures. They also use an online portal to make the engagement process super quick and easy. When the day of the photoshoot arrived, Bri and Josh made the photoshoot so fun and relaxed! They were so down to earth and easy to talk to, and suggested poses for me and my husband so that we did not have to awkwardly stand there wondering what to do haha! It was such a fun experience and I loved every second of it. Now, the best part -- Bri sent over some sneak peek pictures and I am obsessed with how beautiful they turned out. I tried to book WPP for my vacation dates and even though I had a contract and had reserved the…read moredate by putting a deposit down, WPP tried to ask me to reschedule. I refused and that's when they revealed that they had double booked with a wedding. They told me either I had to change the date or they would refund me. They made it out to seem as if it was an accident but it was a Saturday night and to me, someone probably asked to book them after I had already had a contract and they decided to put the wedding first because it brings in more profit. To me, that's pretty bad business etiquette. Why bother making clients pay a deposit to reserve the date if you're going to cancel on me when something better comes along? I told them I was pretty disappointed but they didn't offer any additional solutions. In all fairness, they were nice to talk to, their portfolio looks great, and their prices are decent but even though I did have other dates available, I no longer trusted them and did not want to work with them anymore. But now it's late and I haven't found another photographer so we're no longer doing photos in Hawaii which I do blame them for. Hence the one star review.

She has a great eye and she's patient and amazing with children. I first noticed Tawni a few years ago because she had a very very cute Christmas set up with props and a teepee which is exactly what I wanted. For our second, most recent session she had another amazing set up which was fall themed and located at Maui Animal Farm. It was beautiful and it was exactly what I was looking for too! She had poses in mind for our family, gave us suggestions, and had us looking our best. She also asked us if there were certain photos that we wanted her to capture and she happily obliged with my request of solo shots for the each of us and more. Not even a few hours after our session, she already had sneak peeks for us! I've had photographers take up to a month to turn around just a handful of photos, but in less than a week, I was already browsing through our gallery.
